Good things here
The society committee excels in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring good ventilation in the spacious rooms. The construction quality is commendable. Security measures are strong, with Zomato deliveries not available after 10:00 PM for added safety. Additionally, there is a compact clubhouse and gym available.
Things need improvement
The vicinity outside the society and the adjacent junction are currently inconvenient due to ongoing construction work. Recently, there has been a minor issue with dampness and seepage, which is exacerbated by the hot climate in the area, known to cause damage to the pavement. Gala Celestia society is relatively compact and has less greenery compared to neighboring societies.

Good things here
The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues. The apartments have proper ventilation, and the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained. Cabs like Ola and Uber are easily available, and the roads are good. Each resident has designated parking with rules followed. The society is equipped with CCTV cameras and has a 24/7 security guard. Regular garbage collection is done with wet and dry garbage segregation.
Things need improvement
The market is 5 km from the society. There is no swimming pool. While the neighbours are good, there isn't much interaction, and many are tenants who change frequently. Other than that, everything is absolutely fine.

Good things here
Ventilation was good. There were CCTV cameras everywhere, all of them working. Schools, malls, and market were easily available . Auto-rickshaws, buses were easily available, and there was a nearby metro station. Street lights were also working. Cultural events were celebrated. The society had amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and a small garden
Things need improvement
On rainy season there was an issue with leakage in the society. Whenever there was a problem, it wasn't resolved quickly; it took time. According to me, issues should be resolved promptly. If there was an issue in our rooms, the maintenance team would visit during weekdays but not on weekends.

Good things here
I have no issues at all with this society. Everything is perfect. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming. The security, including CCTV and parking facilities, is also very good. The construction quality is very good, and maintenance is always on top of things. The connectivity is excellent, with Ola, Uber, and cabs always available. All amenities are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
This society is perfect society with no issues at all. Everything is great here. from people to connectivity, construction, maintenance and amenity. Management was great as well. It has everything needed.

The garbage is picked up on time, keeping the place clean and tidy. It's also a pet-friendly community, which is wonderful for pet owners. Overall, it's a well-maintained and pleasant place to live.
Things need improvement
There is no metro station nearby, making commuting inconvenient. Additionally, there are ongoing drainage issues that create an unpleasant environment. The lack of both a gym and a swimming pool is disappointing, as there are no recreational facilities available.

Maintenance services are commendable, with regular cleanliness and timely service provision. The rooms are of good quality and offered at reasonable prices, with special flats available as well. The society only has a gym, along with a garden designated for senior citizens. Most residents are friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The society benefits from easily accessible AMTS buses and local auto-rickshaw cab services, although BRTS transport isn't available nearby. Ongoing construction in the vicinity occasionally causes traffic congestion, resulting in some inconvenience. While there's a minor issue of seepage in the society, it's not widespread. However, amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, or park are lacking. There's room for improvement in the greenery around the society, and the large number of pigeons leads to unhygienic conditions in open areas.

Maintenance of the society is essential, with all services provided on time, including garbage collection, ensuring cleanliness is maintained throughout the society. The construction quality is also good, with spacious and well-ventilated flats, and no issues of seepage or leakage. Additionally, various facilities such as a gym, clubhouse, garden, children's play area, yoga room, and indoor game space are available, making it a well-equipped society. The residents are also friendly.

The continuous construction around the society leads to damaged roads, causing significant inconvenience during rainy weather. Additionally, there is a lot of waste accumulation due to construction, leading to mosquito breeding, which becomes a minor problem in the vicinity of the society. Overall, aside from these issues, the society�is�quite�good.

The society is surrounded by schools, hospitals, and markets, with easy access to public transport. The roads around the society are well-maintained and clean. Maintenance services in the society are satisfactory, with cleanliness being maintained on time, and all services are provided promptly, including proper functioning lifts. Despite residing here for eight years, there have been no issues regarding construction quality, such as seepage or leakage, indicating good construction quality. Amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, park, and garden are all available. The people in the society are friendly, and various festivals, predominantly Hindu rituals like Holi and Diwali, are celebrated. The security around the society is good, as there is a police station just 500 meters away, ensuring safety.
Things need improvement
The only problem lies with the municipality, as there is a lack of street lights, causing inconvenience during nighttime commutes. This makes it necessary to have vehicle lights or a mobile torch for walking due to�the�darkness.
