Good things here
The community benefits from excellent access to readily available public transportation, including cars, buses, and taxis. There are markets, hospitals, and schools close by, and the roads are kept up nicely. Excellent building quality is evident in the good of termites, leaks, seepage, or cracks, and adequate ventilation improves comfort. There is dedicated parking for residents, as well as routine trash collection and cleaning. Features including gardens, playgrounds, fitness centers, and parks are available. There's a great feeling of community, with amiable neighbors who gather together to celebrate holidays. CCTV cameras and a security guard assure security, and the lift is erected and maintained.
Things need improvement
The society lacks a swimming pool, causing inconvenience, and suffers from poor water drainage outside, which impacts accessibility. Without a clubhouse, community activities are limited, reducing opportunities for social interaction and collective engagement among residents.

The issue of snakes in the garden area is concerning and needs to be addressed promptly to ensure the safety and peace of mind of residents. Additionally, construction activities nearby could lead to noise and disturbance, potentially affecting the peacefulness of the living environment.

Things need improvement
Everything was in good shape and well maintained, but the society did not have a swimming pool. Overall, everything else was satisfactory and well-kept.

Good things here
Buses and autos are available near the society. The residents are cooperative, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats. Ventilation is good, and garbage collection occurs daily, maintaining the cleanliness of the society. Water is available 24/7, and there are facilities such as a gym, play area, and garden. There is ample parking space for residents. Power cuts are not an issue, and any problems are resolved promptly.
Things need improvement
Visitors do not have parking available inside the society; they need to park their vehicles outside. The metro is not located near the society. Power backup is only provided for common areas in the society. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool in the society.

Good things here
CCTV camera's and lifts are already installed in the society. Amenities are limited to gym and park for kids to play. Maintenance and cleanliness is maintained very well. Construction quality is very nice. There is no seepage or leakage issues in the houses or other buildings of the society. People are very friendly and come together to celebrate all the cultural function.
Things need improvement
Metro is not available in their loctlity, There is no swimming pool in the society. There is nothing as such i would like to improve in the society.

The connectivity is excellent as buses and autos are readily available. The roads outside the society are in good condition. Daily garbage collection ensures that the society remains clean. Water is available 24/7, and ventilation is good with ample sunlight. The residents are cooperative and friendly, celebrating festivals together. There is sufficient parking space, and the lifts are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The society, being around 11-12 years old, is showing some signs of seepage in our flat. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool in the society. There is heavy traffic near the society during the evening.

Good things here
The Connectivity of the society is exelent, public transportations are easily available. There are no water supply or electricity issues that are faced in the society. There are no water logging issues during rainy season, water gets cleared out after 5 mins. The society is maintained properly and kept clean. Plaster quality used in this society is good. Other facilities like gym, basketball court, cricket court,swimmingpools are available in the society and are easily accessible. People in the society are good and cooperative, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is average as this is an old society, some ammount of seapage leakage issues happens but it is rare. There is not such huge facility for play area for kids to play, it is present but not in a good condition
