Good things here
The roads outside the society are well-maintained, and auto rickshaws are readily available nearby. The society has a gym, play area, and garden. The residents are nice and live together harmoniously. Water is available 24/7, and there is ample parking for the residents.
Things need improvement
Bachelors are not allowed to live in the society. Additionally, there is no swimming pool, and visitors have to park their cars outside as there is no inside parking available for them.

The designated parking adds convenience, and the efficient management by the society's residents is commendable. Additionally, having a gym within the community is a positive aspect.
Things need improvement
The recurring issues with power cuts and seepage leakage are major concerns that need immediate attention. It's unfortunate that there's no swimming pool available, which could have added to the recreational amenities of the society.

Plus, the focus on cleanliness and hygiene, along with timely garbage collection and a reliable water supply, ensures a comfortable living environment. Access to drinking water around the clock and the absence of electricity issues, coupled with power backup, provide peace of mind. The well-maintained drainage system and regular pest control further enhance the quality of life. With open space parking and high construction quality, including balconies, residents can enjoy both convenience and comfort. A robust security system with guards and CCTV surveillance prioritizes safety. What truly sets this community apart are the additional amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, parks, and play areas for kids. The presence of a lift adds convenience, and the friendly and cooperative neighbors make it feel like home.
Things need improvement
I'm truly grateful to be living in such an amazing society. Everything here is well-maintained, and I can't think of any improvements that are needed. The regular upkeep and maintenance contribute to a comfortable and enjoyable living environment.

I'm grateful to be living in such a wonderful society. The excellent security measures, ample parking availability, and well-maintained facilities truly make it a safe and comfortable place to reside. Timely garbage collection and proper maintenance ensure that our surroundings are clean and pleasant. One of the things I appreciate most is the high construction quality of our flats, which means we don't have to worry about seepage issues. The amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are well-kept, providing opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Moreover, the sense of community among residents is heartwarming, especially during festival celebrations when we come together to enjoy each other's company. The society's convenient location with good connectivity and well-maintained roads adds to the overall convenience and enjoyment of living here.

I'm really pleased with the society's overall excellence, especially its prime location and exceptional maintenance. It's rare to find a place that meets all my needs so well. My experience here has been nothing short of fantastic.

Good things here
The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. There are seperate alloted parking to all residents. The society is on the main road. the connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Market areas, grocery store, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in my flat. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. There open spaces available in the society. The People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society
Things need improvement
Visitor's parking is done outside the society. Within the society it's the best place to stay in this city, I love the society in all aspects and there is no need for any further improvement.

Good things here
The society is very well connected on the main road with public transports available easily. There is a very good market nearby, providing easy access to essential goods and services. Water logging issues are not faced, the drainage system is good around the society. Electricity is available all the time. Elevators are regularly maintained and it is properly functional. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. There are proper parking alloted to all residents and also parking related rules are followed. Modern Amenities like gym, club house and parks is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. Festivals are also celebrated.
Things need improvement
Swimming pool is not present in the society. Metro is far from the society. Issues are resolve by residents by calling plumbers and electritians outside the society. There is a bit seapage and leakage issues.

Good things here
Autos were readily available near the society, and traffic outside was minimal. However, it's worth mentioning that the roads outside the society were under construction at the time. Nevertheless, inside the society, cleanliness was maintained, and water was available round the clock. We enjoyed all modern amenities like a gym, play area, and garden. Fortunately, there were no issues with leakage or seepage, and ventilation was satisfactory. Parking facilities were ample, and the society welcomed pets, which was a plus for pet owners.
Things need improvement
It's unfortunate that the residents weren't very accommodating, especially towards bachelors. It's disappointing when a society isn't welcoming to everyone. Additionally, the absence of a swimming pool and the lack of security apps for safety purposes are notable drawbacks.

Transportation connectivity is good with facilities like metro, cabs and autos available. CCTVs and elevators are installed inside the premises. No construction quality related issues like seepage and leakage issues are faced. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative.
