The people in the society are very nice, friendly, and cooperative. The connectivity around the society is also quite good, with easy availability of auto-rickshaws and other transport options. Nearby, there are schools and hospitals available. Moreover, fever symptoms are addressed promptly in the society, ensuring cleanliness is maintained. The construction quality of the society is also good, with no issues of seepage or water leakage, and well-ventilated flats. Basically, the entire society�is�very�good.
Since the society is small, there are no amenities available except for a park. I feel that there should also be a children's play area, and furthermore, the parking space is limited considering the number of flats. So, I believe there is a possibility to have a play area and increase the�parking�space.

Our electricity supply is reliable, operating round-the-clock, ensuring uninterrupted comfort and convenience for all residents. However, what truly sets this community apart is the incredible sense of unity and camaraderie among its inhabitants. Our neighbors are not merely friendly; they are incredibly cooperative and always eager to lend a helping hand whenever needed. With the presence of elevators, security cameras, and vigilant guards, we feel secure and protected at all times. Furthermore, the regular garbage collection services maintain cleanliness, while timely painting initiatives ensure that our community always looks vibrant and welcoming. Living here is akin to being part of an extended family, where everyone looks out for one another and ensures that each member feels valued and supported.
The transportation situation is very poor, with limited availability of public transport and rude behavior from cab drivers. Surroundings are dirty, and there is no proper designated parking, leading to chaos and inconvenience. Additionally, residents often wash cars and throw garbage in front of others' flats, contributing to the uncleanliness. Segregation of wet and dry waste is not practiced, further exacerbating waste management issues. The water supply has been a significant problem, requiring a considerable investment to improve. Furthermore, there are no modern amenities like a gym or clubhouse, and neighbors exhibit rude behavior, lacking cooperation in managing common areas and lifts. Gates are frequently left open, compromising security, as there is no security guard present. Overall, there is a lack of a proper committee for effectively addressing and managing issues within the society.

The society has 24x7 water and electricity supply. Various functions and festivals are celebrated within the community. CCTV surveillance covers all areas, and security guards verify those entering the society. Pets are permitted, subject to the guidelines set by�the�management.
There is no metro nearby the society and this is a stand-alone building and which does not consist of any of the amenities like a gym,park or pool or something. Only lift and parking is provided and even allocated visitors parking is not available�in�the�society.

The connectivity is good, and the build quality of the society is great with no issues of leakage or seepage. The entrances are spacious and well-ventilated. Parking is available in a well-maintained basement area. The lifts are functional and well-maintained by the maintenance team. The society has 24x7 water and electricity supply. All functional facilities are celebrated within the society. Pets and bachelors are allowed. The maintenance charges are also�reasonable.
Metro station is far away from the society and this is a basic society and the society does not have any of the amenities like a gym, park, pool or something which is a drawback about the society. Just terrace is there where if anybody wants to celebrate their function�they�can.

Metro is a bit far away from the society and this is a stand-alone building which does not consist of any of the amenities. Because this is the older construction which is around 27 years old. So at that time, society does not belong to the modern amenities like pool, park or something. And fire safety features are not available�in�the�society.

This society is quite basic with only 30 flats and limited amenities due to its older construction. There are no additional facilities like parking space or power backup available. Fortunately, power cuts are infrequent in this area, so backup is not typically needed. The locality is densely populated, leading to road congestion and underdeveloped roads�in�the�area.
