Good things here
It is really a nice area with well connected public transport including AMTS, BRTS, Metro. All necessity item shops are near by within 500 meters including vegetable market.
Autos and Cabs easily available
Metro station nearby
Low power cuts
Good quality plaster and fitting
Good celebration of festivities
Frequent cultural events
Understanding and good landlords
Educated & decent residents
Residents pay maintenance in time
Hospitals are accessible
Excellent power back-up
Things need improvement
Nothing at the moment as I am living in same society from last 15 years. It is really a good feeling to live in this area to be very honest.
