Good things here
The society has good connectivity with easily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby, making it convenient for daily needs. The gym and clubhouse are available for use, and each resident has designated parking with rules followed. There are no issues with electricity and water supply. The neighbours are very friendly and cooperative. Regular garbage collection is done with wet and dry garbage segregation.
Things need improvement
The drainage system can be improved. There is a seepage issue in the society; I live on the 1st floor and there is seepage in my apartment, as well as in the apartments on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. I had to change the plaster on my bathroom wall due to excessive seepage, and although the society covered half the cost, I had to pay the other half. The gym lacks a trainer, and its maintenance is poor, with people being careless with the equipment. The swimming pool maintenance is also very average. Pet owners are irresponsible with their pets, causing disturbances. There is water logging in the area, and the caretakers in the society, especially the milkman and the newspaper guy, create a lot of disturbance. Other than these issues, everything is fine.

Good things here
I love the excellent connectivity here, with easy access to public transport and a metro station nearby. Schools, hospitals, and a market are all within close proximity. The building has no seepage or termite issues, and the ventilation is great. We have regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The amenities are well-maintained, including the gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, garden, and play area for kids. My neighbors are very nice and friendly. The elevators are reliable, and there's good security with CCTV cameras and guards.
Things need improvement
The birds tend to make the windows dirty, and the plastering is poor. Tiles sometimes fall off, which is annoying. Other than these issues, everything else is great here.

Good things here
In this society the schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby and parking is available with autos and cabs are easily accessible. There is regular garbage collection. The gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. My neighbours are very nice and supportive, helping each other in times of need.
Things need improvement
The improvement is that I face seepage and leakage issue in my flat and better quality plaster could have been used. Also Gate No. 3 is closed and the roads on the sides of Gates 1 and 2 are very narrow.
