Good things here
Auto cabs are readily available within the society, and nearby malls enhance convenience for residents. The society maintains consistent planning and conducts regular maintenance. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of cracks or seepage/leakage observed. Residents enjoy access to various amenities including parks, clubhouses, and gyms. The neighborhood fosters a friendly and cooperative atmosphere, with all festivals celebrated within the community.
Things need improvement
The maintenance scheme lacks transparency with the residents, and parking fees are not enforced within the society, especially for tenants or outsiders.

Good things here
yes sir fully safe and secure in this area. one police station available so easily any problem Going police station. yes sir good and standard material use building this side . I tell quality of roads sir 2×2 side road available so easily drive 2 car. and one big water Going line so no any problem in raining season. my experience is good . many family living with full family. so I personally recommended buy in this area.

sir only some cleaning issue and side time water available problem but in this month all complete repair so no any tension. only this problem.

Good things here
As a former resident, I recall that there was a bus stop near the society, making public transportation easily accessible. There was also a school within walking distance, and hospitals and other necessities were reachable within a 2km radius. Water seepage or leakage was not a concern because the society was relatively new, with some buildings still under construction. Despite being under construction, the society was well-maintained and kept clean. Amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, pool, and park were available, although nothing out of the ordinary. Some festivals were celebrated in the society's parking lot.
Things need improvement
To access autos or rickshaws, we had to walk to the main road as they weren't readily available within the society. Only major festivals were celebrated within the society; not all festivals were observed.

Good things here
I think the connectivity if good enough to rate it 4 out of 5 as i can easily access auto, cabs etc, IN my opinion the construction quality and maintenece quality both are good only, the people living in the society are cooperative.
Things need improvement
I think there is nothing to imrprove as such only the municipal cooperation should be more active in this area.

Nearby koi metro station nahi hai or society ke outside ke roads bohot zyada kharab hai to ache se banne chahiye, cleanliness or greenery honi chahiye .

Other facilities like gym,swimmingpool, club house are available in the society the society maintainace is done properly the society is kept clean and hygine is maintained lifts are available in the society

Construction issues are faced, some flats in the society have seapage and leakage issues Political issues amongts the members of the society is there. main road are in a bad conditions outside the society

The society is very good to live in as it is very well maintained the school and market are at the walking distance.

The only down fall is that the hospital is not close by and the wall could have been much better

no worries about electricity or water problems in this society,shopping mall and hospital close society, this society provides luxury lifestyle.
