Good things here
Initially, anyone could park their vehicle in our parking area, but after lodging a complaint, this issue has been resolved, and we no longer have any parking issues. Autos are readily available outside the society. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The road outside the main gate of the society is in very poor condition. Since our flat is on the 1st floor, we face a significant drainage issue where water overflows into our home from unknown sources. The lifts are not maintained at all; people bring pets into them, and the pets sometimes urinate and defecate there. People also spit in the lifts, and the stairs are not cleaned regularly. A committee has not been formed in the society yet; there is a pending voting process.

Good things here
Outside the society, public transportation options such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are readily accessible, ensuring excellent connectivity. Nearby, there are markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, salons, and restaurants catering to residents' needs. The buildings boast excellent construction quality, with no seepage or leakage issues reported in the flats. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area are available and well-maintained within the society.
Things need improvement
Water supply is a major concern due to shortages. Not all floors have CCTV cameras installed. Additionally, residents find maintenance charges to be quite high.

Good things here
The society has good connectivity, with autos and buses available nearby. The roads outside the society are well-maintained, and there are no traffic issues near the society.
Things need improvement
There are numerous issues in the society, and if given the opportunity, I would sell my flat and move out. The construction quality is very poor, with many cracks in the flat, and issues are not resolved quickly by the society. The cable wire in my house has also been damaged, but I am unable to connect it properly. The roads inside the society are also in poor condition.

Response time for maintenance or any other help. The RWA vendors are good. The society is spacious and well kept.

Too much of internal politics plus there is a lot of internal unnecessary bickering for unrequsisted agendas

Auto cabs are readily available in the nearby area, and there's also a metro station close to the society, making connectivity excellent. Nearby schools and hospitals enhance the convenience. The build quality and infrastructure are impressive, with no issues like leakage or seepage thanks to good plumbing and diligent maintenance. The maintenance team ensures timely repainting and upkeep, keeping the walls crack-free. The society offers top amenities including a spacious school and a well-equipped gym, along with gardens and a clubhouse, all well-maintained. Safety features are comprehensive with CCTV coverage and 24/7 security guards. Daily garbage collection and well-planned layouts contribute to the society's cleanliness and functionality. The residents are of good standing, making the community pleasant�and�welcoming.
Things need improvement
Based on my experience in the society, I haven't encountered any issues so far. However, I believe the maintenance team could improve by being quicker and more prompt in addressing residents' concerns and fixing problems�as�they�arise.

You get to have Open walking space, open gardens, kid's playing areas, lakes and a swimming pool, a Gym, a Badminton court, a Clubhouse, Cultural events every festival, and good visitor parking spaces.
Things need improvement
Despite coming from open cultural backgrounds, we don't find any mosque, church, or gurudwara inside the society campus. The noisy street outside? It keeps us connected to the vibrant pulse of the city.

Good things here
The only good thing about the society is its connectivity. Nearby, there are schools and hospitals available, and the quality of the roads outside is quite good. Additionally, public transport, including auto-rickshaws and cabs, is readily�available.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is very poor, even though the society was built just about six years ago. The plastering of the walls in my flat is of such low quality that due to vibrations, tiles have fallen off, causing me a lot of problems. The material used for windows and doors is also of poor quality. Moreover, the maintenance is extremely poor. When I asked the society to repair the tiles that fell off in my flat, I didn't receive any maintenance service, which was very disappointing for me. Additionally, I'm not satisfied with the gym amenities either, as the trainer is not good, and there is a lack of cleanliness in the gym. These are the things that I find�unsatisfactory.

Good things here
Everything here is so convenient! Getting around is a breeze, and the upkeep is top-notch. Kids have their own park to play in, and parking is a non-issue with plenty of space to spare. The apartments are airy and clean, and hygiene isn't a concern. The folks in the community are friendly and always ready to lend a hand, making celebrations extra special. Plus, staying connected is a breeze with no communication hiccups. And talk about amenities � we've got it all, from a gym and clubhouse to that soon-to-be-ready swimming pool. Need anything? Grocery stores, schools, colleges, and hospitals are just around the corner. And water supply? Not even a worry.

All in all, it's been a great experience. Everything's kept in tip-top shape and readily accessible. Ventilation's not a problem at all, and garbage disposal is smooth sailing.

The society benefits from excellent connectivity with easily accessible local transport facilities, as well as local markets and grocery shops nearby. It offers a range of amenities including pools, a well-equipped gym, gardens, and a spacious clubhouse. The presence of greenery keeps pollution levels low. Daily garbage collection ensures cleanliness is maintained. The residents are cooperative and friendly, celebrating festivals together. The society enjoys 24/7 water and electricity supply, and security is ensured with the presence of guards and CCTV�surveillance.
Things need improvement
The metro is not located near the society. The major issue, in my opinion, is the significant problem of leakages and seepages within the building. Unfortunately, the maintenance team does not address these issues, leaving the owner to bear the cost of repairs. The maintenance team only focuses on external infrastructure issues. �

Parking is sufficient for everyone. Clean water is available 24/7 from the society's borewell. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The residents are good, and the society is clean. Autos are available near the society.
Things need improvement
Buying the flat, the builder had promised a nearby metro station, but it hasn't materialized yet. The roads outside the society are not in good condition. There are significant leakages in the flats, and many tiles in my flat have cracks that cannot be repaired. My mutation process, which should cost only 200 rupees, hasn't been completed, and the municipal authorities are demanding more money. The society is not taking any action or providing assistance in this matter. Municipal water supply is not available for drinking.
