Good things here
Buses and autos are easy to find close to the area, and you can easily book cabs online. The market, daily essentials shops, restaurants, and gyms are all nearby. The maintenance here is excellent, with cleaning happening every morning from 6:30 am to 7:30 am. People have their own CCTV cameras, and there's also one near the main guard room and the society's temple.

Many people live on the ground floor, but only a small percentage (3%-5%) experience issues like seepage or leaks in their individual houses. This is an old society that lacks any amenities inside.
