Near by adithya school and college peps school and tips school are present.. Kumaran hospital and kmch is also available

Shops missing nearby.. Takes more time to construction.. Amenities had to be completed and mare trees has to be planted

The people in the community. All came with a common expectation and now trying to get the same done.

No amenities, not even basics like street lights, bore water, security, With this aside pool, kids park , club house become a distant ask. Builder promised many at the time of booking but now turned back saying a no profit project for them and no amenities be done. Houses constructed were also used with low quality fittings in later houses and demanding hefty amount in addition to the actual agreed amount. Totally a fraudulent builder with no basic ethics and dignity.

Think before you buy a home, Investing your hard earned Money. No amenities - Clubhouse, GYM, Swimming Pool, Walking Track, Park, Street Lights and Quality Construction are there in Brochure Only. Waste of Time and Money, if you are looking to live or give a Quality Atmosphere, Society with amenities to kids. I'm not trespasser, I own a House here

I recently visited this property... This property has all basic amenities and facilities. Good environment. Built quality also excellent. Polit staff approach. I really like this property and builder.

I really like this property. All must needed amenities are provided by builder is good. Good environment, nearby schools and colleges are added advantage. Price range also very reasonable.

This property is located in between Sathy road and Avinashi road which means we get connectivity on both sides. We can buy a villa for our budget. Their build quality is excellent. If you want a home in a peaceful and calm environment Highlands Villa is the best pick.
