Good things here
The swimming pool is working well, and we have a playroom, clubhouse, and garden�all available in the society. Maintenance is done properly for the lift, CCTV cameras, and security guards who do their job very well.
Things need improvement
The society is not pet-friendly. When we take our dogs to the park, neighbors object and don't allow us to walk them. They suggest walking the dogs outside the society premises ,ifaced this problem a few days ago, but now everything is fine, and I managed to handle it. ,. The gym has very few equipment, and whatever equipment is there isn't useful because it's not well-maintained. The construction quality isn't very good, with issues like seepage and dampness. Connectivity is poor; there's no metro connectivity near the society, and there's a lack of regular auto services. When we have to reserve an auto, they charge around 200 to 250 rupees for a 5 km ride, which is expensive. Even Ola and Uber are costly here. Hospitals, malls, and schools are 5 to 7 km away from the society.

The construction quality of Samiti A is excellent, ensuring durability and safety. Proper ventilation is ensured in the society, with each flat equipped with exits and emergency exits for added safety measures. The lifts are well-maintained and operate smoothly, with adequately installed lighting for visibility. Services of plumbers and electricians are promptly accessible in case of any issues. The neighbors in Samiti A are known to be helpful, friendly, and accommodating towards pets. Additionally, transportation options like autos and cabs are readily available outside the Samiti and in the surrounding area, facilitating easy commuting.
Things need improvement
Transportation poses a bit of a challenge in A Society due to the absence of a metro station, and buses can sometimes run late. Additionally, during heavy rain, there is some water accumulation not only at the gate area but also along the commuting routes inside the society. Despite efforts at maintenance, this issue persists.

Everything was good and well-maintained, but connectivity was not so smooth in that area. People face difficulties, especially daily commuters who have to go for work, as they can't find auto and taxi services easily in that area.

People of the society are good. Everything nearby is easily accessible. The construction quality is top-notch, ensuring no leaks or seepage, and it's built solidly with attention to detail. Residents benefit from getting around easily with well-planned transportation options such as buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it simple to reach essential services and facilities nearby. Additionally, the spacious park adds to the neighborhood's charm, offering a welcoming place for children to play and strengthening the community spirit among residents.
Things need improvement
There were many issues in the society. There were no gyms, and maintenance was also not good. Cracks were there in the walls. The society needs renovation.

Effective drainage prevents water logging, and while generally well-constructed, minor seepage and plaster issues may occur. Timely maintenance includes common area paintings. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and children's play area are available.

I haven't encountered any issues in my society, and I'm quite content with the way things are. Everything seems to be running smoothly, and I haven't noticed any areas that need improvement.

I used to live there, and it was mostly a good experience. Cabs were available even during off times like early mornings or late nights, and the airport was close by. Maintenance was great, with everything well taken care of. All the amenities were available, and the neighborhood was friendly. There were no issues with CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, or stray dogs.
Things need improvement
The railway station was quite far away, which made train travel a bit inconvenient. There were some leakage issues in the building, especially when the weather was bad. While the overall construction was fine, these weather-related leaks were a bit annoying.

Good things here
CCTV cameras are installed in the society, and security guards are efficient. Cleanliness is maintained, and water is available 24/7. Festivals are celebrated, and residents are decent. All modern amenities are available. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. Autos are available near the society, and there are no traffic issues.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges in the society are somewhat high. The metro station is 2 km away from the society, so one has to take an auto to reach the metro station.
