Good things here
The convenience of public transportation, with auto rickshaws, buses, and cabs readily available just outside our doorstep, makes getting around a breeze. Moreover, we are fortunate to have a plethora of amenities nearby, including stationary shops, market areas, grocery stores, schools, restaurants, and even hospitals, ensuring all our needs are met within close proximity. One of the aspects I appreciate most about our society is the commitment to cleanliness and maintenance. Regular garbage collection and pest control measures are diligently carried out, contributing to a hygienic and pleasant living environment. Additionally, the maintenance costs are reasonable and affordable for all residents. Furthermore, the availability of uninterrupted water supply and electricity around the clock ensures our comfort and convenience. There have been no issues with water logging, and the security system is robust, with security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring our safety. In terms of infrastructure, I've not encountered any problems with lifts, seepage, or leakage. he sense of community here is also remarkable, with residents coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. I am particularly grateful for the amenities available within our society, such as the gym, swimming pool, and club house, which provide ample opportunities for recreation and leisure activities. Additionally, I haven't faced any issues regarding pets in our society.
Things need improvement
Currently, road construction works are underway, which occasionally lead to traffic issues and inconvenience for residents. The construction activities can disrupt the smooth flow of traffic, causing delays and congestion, especially during peak hours.

Living in this society is really convenient and comfortable for me. I appreciate the easy access to public transportation options like autos, buses, and cabs just a short walk away. Having nearby shops, supermarkets, and restaurants makes it simple to run errands and grab essentials. Plus, the ample parking space allotted to residents is a big plus. I'm glad we don't face water logging issues, thanks to the good drainage system. The maintenance services here are top-notch, with garbage disposal, pest control, and painting done promptly. I'm also relieved that we don't experience seepage or leakage problems, thanks to the quality construction. The ventilation in our society is notably better compared to others, which is a huge bonus. And having facilities like a gym, swimming pool, and sports courts right here adds to the overall convenience and quality of life. With reliable 24/7 water and electricity supply, as well as well-maintained elevators, I feel fortunate to call this place home.

It can be disappointing when the community around us doesn't feel as welcoming or friendly as we'd hope. It's natural to desire a sense of connection and camaraderie with our neighbors. While it might take some time, there could be ways to foster a friendlier atmosphere within the society.

Good things here
Right in front of the society, you can easily find auto rickshaws, and there's also a bus stand nearby, so there's never any problem with connectivity. Additionally, the maintenance of the society is quite good, and the lift is properly maintained, with all services available on time. The construction quality is excellent, with well-ventilated flats, and all amenities are available, including a gym, swimming pool, garden, park, and playground�for�children.
Things need improvement
I want the metro construction around the society to finish quickly so that the metro can start operating soon. Additionally, while the maintenance of the society is fine, cleanliness is not given enough attention. There is room for improvement in cleanliness. Other than that, there's nothing else that needs improvement�in�the�society.

Autos were not readily available near the society, and unfortunately, the metro station was not within walking distance. Furthermore, the roads outside the society were in poor condition, displaying noticeable damage.

Scoeity ke pass se auto jaldi mil jati hai. society ke samane k erods achese mainted nhi hai. society me daily garbage collection hota hai, sociey celan hai. sari mdern amenities avilable hai. parking enough hai sab ke liye alloted hai. lifts amined hai.

Garden or achese mainted ho sakata hai greenery our honi chahiye. kuch recidents hai soceity em jo thoda conflicts creat karte hai ocsity ke cultural events main. maintenace charges bohot high hai ye humara ek concern ahai 5000 rs for 3bhk. ke liye per month jada tha.

The society offers easy access to transportation, with autos, cabs, and buses readily available outside. Each flat has proper ventilation, and there are emergency staircases and fire exits. All necessary amenities are present, including visitors' parking.
Things need improvement
The lack of a nearby metro station presents transportation challenges for the society. Furthermore, the maintenance of the garden and other amenities may be lacking. Improvement is needed in parking facilities and amenities to better serve residents.
