Good things here
The roads are in good shape, and public transportation choices like as buses, cars, and taxis are easily accessible. There is also adequate connection. We enjoy every holiday together, and the neighbors are lovely and amiable. The market and hospital are close by, which increases convenience. There are no termite problems, leaks, or seepage, and the construction quality is superb. Good plaster, fittings, and ventilation are features of homes. Every homeowner has access to a parking space, and the utilities electricity and water are dependable, and there is frequent rubbish collection. CCTV cameras and a security guard are present, and elevators are maintained and serviced. In addition, the group has a garden.
Things need improvement
A number of essential facilities that could greatly improve quality of life are absent from the community. There's no swimming pool for recreation, no play area for kids, no gym for fitness enthusiasts, and no clubs for social events and activities. The lack of these amenities reduces residents recreational and social options, which deters people looking for a more complete and interesting community lifestyle. Filling in these areas could significantly raise overall contentment.

Good things here
I appreciate that public transport, such as auto-rickshaws, is easily available, making commuting convenient. The maintenance of the area is commendable, with cleaning done on time. Additionally, the friendly and cooperative neighborhood adds to the pleasant living experience. The construction quality of the houses is also impressive, with no issues of leakage or seepage. The presence of a garden is a nice touch.
Things need improvement
However, I do wish there were more amenities available. While the garden is a nice feature, the lack of a gym and clubhouse is a downside. Having these additional facilities would greatly enhance the living experience.

The residential complex of Himalaya Zircon 2 has provisions for parking but there are not enough spaces for visitors’ parking. This is one of the issues of this society. Otherwise, it is a well-maintained residential society.

The rooms in the Himalaya Zircon 2 apartments are spacious and ventilated. It is strategically located to offer good connectivity to other locations via public transport. Public transport and cabs are readily available.

I feel safe living in Himalaya Zircon 2. This is because of the tight security that it provides. It is a gated community and there are additional facilities like video door security and CCTV cameras.

Himalaya Zircon 2 is an excellent place to live in. It offers high speed elevators, property staff, piped gas, shopping centre, earthquake resistance, video door security, power back up lift, CCTV cameras and entrance lobby.
