Overall connectivity with the apartment is great, but the best feature is that the airport is just 4 to 5 km away from the society. Transportation options like bus services and auto cabs are easily accessible nearby. Within a range of 1 km, you will find a supermarket, local market, grocery shops, malls, and restaurants. The rooms are very well maintained, with proper ventilation provided. The build quality is excellent, with no current problems reported. All amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, parking, garden, and park are available within the society and are very well maintained. The swimming pool is neat, the gym is well equipped, and the garden is cleaned daily. Allocated parking for residents and visitors is available. There is a continuous 24/7 supply of water and electricity, with a full DG backup in place. Security is robust, with CCTVs installed in all areas and guards stationed at each entrance. Fire safety features, such as fire extinguishers, are available in the society. All functions, festivals, and cultural events are celebrated within the society, from Diwali and Holi to durga Chaturthi and New Year, fostering a strong community�spirit.

Things need improvement

The metro is approximately 4 km away, but it's currently under construction. The railway station is quite distant, about 25 km away from the society. Public transportation is not easily accessible except for bus services near the society. The quality of construction was poor initially, with issues like subpar paint and cracks throughout the building. However, the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) has recently taken initiative and addressed these issues through a renovation. Currently, there are no problems regarding any kind�of�defects.

Parking is never an issue, as there are well-allotted parking spaces for all residents. I enjoy continuous water supply and electricity, ensuring comfort and convenience around the clock. Any issues that arise are promptly addressed by the society. My apartment is well-ventilated with ample sunlight throughout the year, enhancing the living experience. The construction quality of the society is excellent, with no issues of seepage or leakage observed. Facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. Security is paramount, with security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring safety. Elevators are reliable and undergo regular maintenance. The community in the society is friendly, understanding, and helpful, coming together to celebrate cultural festivals. Additionally, being pet-friendly adds to the welcoming atmosphere of the society.

However, there's room for improvement in waste management practices, as wet and dry waste are currently collected together without separation. The water quality in the society is currently poor, as hard water is sourced from tankers. Fortunately, the society has plans to address this issue soon, promising improvements in water quality for residents.

Connectivity to the apartment is excellent. There are multiple schools and hospitals nearby, along with a local market just near the society. A very good school has recently opened in front of the society. Bus, auto, and cab services are easily accessible. Street lights are on during the night, ensuring the safety of women traveling around. Cleanliness is well maintained with housekeeping staff available for daily upkeep of the building. Dry and wet garbage is segregated to maintain cleanliness. The security system is robust, with CCTVs in all areas and guards stationed at every entrance. Stray dogs are not permitted to enter the society, making it safe for kids playing around. Security apps are also used. Lifts are very well maintained, and modern amenities like a gym, park, and garden are available and well maintained by the society's maintenance team. One of the best features of the society is its kid-friendly environment, with plenty of spaces for children to play. The safety of women is also ensured, which is a significant advantage. Electricity and water are available 24/7. Overall, it is a good experience to live in�this�society.

Things need improvement

In my opinion, the quality of construction and the materials used by the builder initially were not up to the mark. There were several issues such as seepage, cracks, and poor quality POP (Plaster of Paris). However, renovation work has since been undertaken to address and fix these issues. Amenities in the society are chargeable; you need to pay nominal fees to the maintenance team if you wish to use these amenities. You would then receive a pass to access and use the amenities�accordingly.

The quality of construction is excellent, with no issues of leakages or seepages, whether inside or outside. Waterlogging is not a concern, even in the basement. The approach to the society is of good quality. Allocated owner and visitors parking are available. Full power backup facilities have been provided without extra charges, which is beneficial. Maintenance costs are reasonable in this society. CCTVs are installed in all areas, and fire safety features, such as fire extinguishers and fire exits, are available. The society is well-maintained and safe. Residents are cooperative, and all festivals and get-togethers are celebrated within the society, fostering a strong community�spirit.

Public transport facilities are not available near the society. The metro station is far away, and the railway station is also approximately 45 minutes from the society. Additionally, the society does not have solar panels, but it does have DG backup. However, there are additional charges included in the maintenance fees for the DG backup�in�the�society.
