Good things here
One of the best parts of living here is the wonderful community of friendly and humble neighbors. The connectivity is excellent with public transport available day and night, and the well-maintained roads make getting around easy. Having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby adds to the convenience. The presence of well-maintained elevators is also a plus. The apartments are well-built with excellent construction quality, ensuring no issues like seepage or termite problems. Proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings add to the comfort. Modern amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are also available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the society lacks in maintenance and cleanliness, which is a significant drawback. Garbage collection and water supply are particularly poor. Aside from these issues, everything else is fine and meets expectations.

Good things here
With autos and cabs available within walking distance. Nearby amenities include local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, with a metro station also close by. Maintenance services are efficient, ensuring the society remains clean. The construction quality is robust, with no issues of seepage or leakage. Residents can enjoy amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area.
Things need improvement
However, there are some issues with water quality, as hard water is often supplied, and table tennis balls are sometimes unavailable in the clubhouse.

Good things here
Travel is straightforward with adequate connectivity. The upkeep is maintained through regular cleaning and efficient garbage collection. The building has few cracks, good ventilation, and ample natural light. Amenities include clubhouses, a park, a garden, a gym, a swimming pool, and plenty of green spaces. The community and surroundings are wonderful.
Things need improvement
The amenities provided and the surrounding facilities meet all the fundamental necessities of the residents in the society. No upgrades are needed, and there are no unresolved issues.

Good things here
The society maintenance is commendable, and the residents are cooperative. There are no issues regarding facilities, and the society provides ample amenities. Additionally, they have a cricket stadium within the society premises, which adds to the recreational options available for residents.
Things need improvement
There are some connectivity issues, as the metro is far away. Additionally, there are concerns about seepage/leakage problems in the society buildings. It's also suggested that the quality of drinking water in the society should be improved.

Society connectivity around public transport is available and not too far away, Naraina hospital is just walking from the society. No trash problem, seepage issue

Good things here
No power cut, 24 * 7 generator , Its on the main on the gt road, you can reach howrah or kolkata within 10 minutes. Maintenance charge is 2.5 sq.ft. Security is always available.
Things need improvement
I dont dislike anything, but there are always improvement of scope, and every quarter we have a meeting with the committee and share there plans or ideas

Good things here
The connectivity is good, auto cabs sab mil jata hai easily and I use public transport only. Maintenance mein garbage collection and disposal is on time, electricity supply is adequate. All amenities are there in society like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse & playground for children. People are quite friendly & helpful in society.
Things need improvement
The biggest issue in society is of the water quality here. There is hard & saline water. Municipality waalo ko kuch karna chahiye. Khaara paani aata hai jiski wajah se bathroom , kitchen ke utensils sab kharab ho rahe hain. Peene ka paani bhi kharab hai. RO lagwane ke baad bhi kuch fayda nahi hai. Apart from this, seepage ke issues hain flats mein & drainage issue also here.

Good things here
Auto, cabs mil jaata hai easily society ke bahar se. Cleanliness is good of society, garbage is collected & disposed on time. Amenities like gym, clubhouse, parks all are available. neighbours acche hain , we celebrate festivals together.
Things need improvement
Metro station is quite far from society. Flats and building looking bad from outside, very old and tampered. Repainting and waterproofing required. Swimming pool maintenance is not done on time.
