Getting around is a breeze thanks to the excellent connectivity and readily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs, all facilitated by well-maintained roads. Moreover, the community takes pride in its commitment to cleanliness, with regular garbage collection services and proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Essential facilities such as schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located nearby, making everyday tasks effortless. Each resident enjoys designated parking spots, with strict adherence to rules ensuring orderliness. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, enhancing convenience for all. The provision of uninterrupted 24/7 electricity and water supply adds to the overall comfort. What's more, the construction quality of the buildings is outstanding, with no issues of seepage or termite infestation, complemented by proper ventilation and high-quality plaster and fittings. Additionally, timely painting ensures that the community always looks fresh and inviting. The waste is not segregated into dry and wet categories, leading to inefficiencies in waste management. There is also an issue with termites, which can affect the integrity of structures. Additionally, the lack of amenities such as a gym or clubhouse limits recreational opportunities for residents. Concerns arise when unsupervised children engage in activities resulting in damage to property, such as breaking car windows. It's essential for children to be supervised by adults during playtime to prevent such incidents. However, aside from these challenges, other aspects of living here are satisfactory.

The build quality is commendable, with no issues of leakages, seepages, or infrastructure defects reported. The maintenance team is responsive and conducts timely renovations and upkeep in the society. Amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, park, and garden are available within the society and are well-maintained and functional. There is a continuous 24/7 supply of water and utilities, with a recent addition of KMC water connection. Allocated parking for both owners and visitors is available, and maintenance charges are reasonable. The best part about the society is the active maintenance team, which promptly organizes all community events, functions, and festivals, fostering a strong sense of community among�the�residents.
Things need improvement
One of the biggest drawbacks of the society is the lack of nearby public transport facilities, which forces residents to rely on their own vehicles or local transport options. Additionally, there is no swimming pool available in the society. The amenities provided are limited to basic facilities such as gyms, playgrounds, gardens, play areas, lifts,�and�parking.

Festivals and programs are celebrated within the society, fostering a strong social agenda. Safety features are robust with 24x7 guards and full power backup. Lifts are well-maintained, and there is round-the-clock water and electricity supply. Local transport facilities, markets, schools, and hospitals are conveniently located nearby. The maintenance charges are reasonable considering the excellent facilities and services provided�by�the�team.
Things need improvement
There is no nearby metro station, and the railway station is about 2-3 km away from the society. The main issue with the society is the condition of the approach road, which is not great and is congested due to nearby residences and a busy market. This congestion causes inconvenience for residents using the road. Additionally, there is no swimming pool available�in�the�society.

There are multiple schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. The society's build quality is excellent, with no infrastructure defects. The rooms are very well maintained and designed. Garbage is collected daily, with wet and dry garbage being segregated. Amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, garden, small garden, and kids' play area are available within the society and are well maintained by a dedicated maintenance team. Allocated parking for owners and visitors is available. CCTVs are installed in all areas, and guards are stationed at each entrance. There is a continuous 24/7 supply of water and electricity. The residents are very friendly and cooperative. All festivals, functions, and cultural events are celebrated within the society, fostering a strong sense�of�community.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities available in the society like a swimming pool. The roads outside the society are in very bad condition with lots of congestion, especially during the rainy season when areas become flooded. To travel, you have to book an OLA cab for transportation�facilities.

The build quality is great, with no problems regarding leakage, seepage, or ventilation. The rooms are spacious and well-designed. The society offers amenities such as a garden, gym, park, and a small hall. There is ample parking space available within the society. Cleanliness is well-maintained, with daily mopping and sweeping. There are no issues with water supply or electricity. The residents are decent and educated, contributing to a pleasant living�environment.
Things need improvement
Right now there haven't been any issues within the society itself, but accessing public transportation is challenging due to the distance from the metro and railway stations. The society lacks a swimming pool, and the external infrastructure around the society is�underdeveloped.

Good things here
It's a nice place to live, the environment here is very pleasant and good. People here are very interactive, they are engaging and participating, at times of festivals, everyone comes together to celebrate and cherish them. The construction of the building is also good as there are no issues regarding ventilation , security, seepage or cracks. Everything here is well maintained. Water tanks are also cleaned regularly. There are proper parking spaces available with easy accessibility to autos, cabs and rickshaws. There are amenities like gyms, club houses available.
Things need improvement
Sometimes, it takes very long to resolve the issue. Issue resolution team is not very active. Swimming pools are not there in the society. These are the only issue i face in this society, else it's a good place.

The people of the society are very friendly and always up to help you. Festivals are celebrated on a regular basis and all kinds of events are being celebrated. The autos and cabs are easily available
Things need improvement
The play area of teh scoiety has been alloted to everyone but there is a group of people who onyl use it for cricket and due to which it has gotten all muddy and risky for others to relax in the big area. Kids are not able to play due the risk of ball hitting them, the oldies cannot take a walk due to the mud caused by those group of people

Residents enjoy easy access to grocery markets and schools, and there are no issues with seepage or leakage. Plus, there's a park for the kids to play in. For daily commuters, reliable public transportation is a big plus. The community is known for its kindness and supportiveness, often coming together to celebrate cultural events like Holi, Diwali, Durga Puja, and New Year. And there's plenty of parking available for residents with vehicles.
Things need improvement
Everything was fine overall, but it would be great if the society could add some amenities. Apart from that, there weren't any issues, and the people were friendly and cooperative.

Good things here
Metro walking distance pe hai, auto , cabs bhi mil jaata hai easily. Water & electricity supply is adequate, garbage collection is done on time. Construction is good, with good sunlight & ventilation and no seepage issues. Neighbours acche hain , we celebrate festivals together.

Nothing to highlight on negatives, it is just that there is no swimming pool in the society, it should be there.
