Good things here
The monthly maintenance charge was _2600. However, the construction quality was good, with proper ventilation and no seepage issues. Both covered and uncovered parking were available, and services like garbage collection, lifts, and CCTV were well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Living in that society wasn't very convenient. Public transport was scarce; finding autos or buses was difficult. There was a lot of politics within the community, and people rarely helped each other. The maintenance team was unresponsive, leaving residents to solve problems on their own. There were no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or play area. Apart from Saraswati Puja, there were no cultural events or festivals.

Good things here
It is a good society with proper connectivity . There are proper parking spaces available, I don't know much about autos and cabs because I have my own vehicle. Proper cleanliness and greenery is maintained here. There are no issues regarding seepage, cracks either. The neighborhood is good here, they are very engaging and cooperative. The maintenance is also good here with timely issue resolution.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities available in this society, there are no gyms, swimming pools and club houses. I expect that these should be constructed here for better serving to the recreational needs of the people.

Good things here
Since the society is situated near the main road, public transport is easily accessible. You'll find everything you need nearby, from vegetable markets to grocery stores. The ventilation is excellent, and all amenities are well-maintained. Moreover, the residents are helpful and friendly, contributing to a pleasant community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The lift frequently malfunctions, causing inconvenience. Additionally, there are difficulties in accessing plumbers and electricians promptly due to scheduling issues. There's a pressing need to significantly improve the maintenance services.

Ventilation and build quality are excellent, which is fantastic. Plus, you celebrate festivals like Holi and Diwali with enthusiasm.

The lift isn't maintained well, and it sometimes breaks down. The gate application doesn't work, and there's no manager available. Cleaning isn't done on time, and there are no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse.

Traveling is convenient with the airport and railway station nearby. A local market is accessible right at the society's gate, and there's also a nearby metro station. Dedicated parking slots are available for residents as well as visitors.
Things need improvement
The park is quite small, and unfortunately, there are no amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, or gym. Moreover, the society is excessively congested, making it difficult to create any additional amenities.

Good things here
The roads outside the society are good, and auto-rickshaws are readily available nearby. We receive water of good quality. There is power backup in the society. Festivals are celebrated here. I haven't experienced any issues with leakage or seepage in my flat. The flats are well-ventilated, receiving plenty of sunlight. The maintenance charges are reasonable.
Things need improvement
Currently, there is no committee in the society, and there is a lot of disagreement among the residents. Parking is unregulated, with cars parked anywhere, and there's no adherence to rules. There are no modern amenities except for a garden.
