Good things here
The connectivity here is fantastic. The society is right in the heart of the city, with schools, hospitals, markets, the metro, and the railway station all nearby. Public transport is easy to find, and the roads are well-maintained. Garbage collection is regular and they do a good job with wet and dry segregation. The elevators work well and are regularly maintained. There's good ventilation in the buildings, and the gym and clubhouse are decent. The neighbors are really friendly and helpful.
Things need improvement
The gym is disappointing; it's small and lacks equipment, and it's poorly managed by the builder. There's also no swimming pool, which is a letdown. We've had issues with termites, and despite reporting it to the builder, no action has been taken since it's their responsibility, not the RWA's.

Good things here
The society has excellent connectivity, with wide roads and no traffic congestion, making it the most well-connected area in the city. Public transportation like autos, metro, and cabs are easily accessible, but he prefers using his personal vehicle due to the lack of traffic issues. Maintenance charges are reasonable at 3 rupees per square foot, and the society offers amenities such as a gym and banquet hall. People in the society are friendly and helpful. There are no seepage issues in flats, and all flats have balconies with good ventilation and sunlight.
Things need improvement
He expressed dissatisfaction with the maintenance charges, stating that they don't reflect the services provided. Major issues he highlighted include the overall cleanliness of the society, poor conduct of staff, and the handling of events. Additionally, he noted the absence of a clubhouse and swimming pool in the society.
