Good things here
For quite some time now, there has been a plan to develop a park in the empty space in front of the society, but unfortunately, it hasn't materialized yet. Consequently, people often dump garbage there, leading to significant filthiness. The municipal sweeping van or garbage collection vehicle rarely visits for cleaning, exacerbating the situation. To address this, we've employed someone to sweep and clean the area regularly. However, despite observing this issue persistently for 2-3 years, there hasn't been any development. Additionally, the non-functioning street lights at night pose problems during rainfall. Despite repeated complaints, the issue of people throwing garbage in front of the society remains unaddressed.
Things need improvement
E-rickshaws and autos are readily available, which adds to the convenience of transportation in the area. Despite less interaction with neighbors, as many people live on rent, there's still a cooperative atmosphere within the community.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
The society is not always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Better roads are expected, road quality needs to be improved.
