Good things here
There's a nearby market, designated parking for each resident, and good connectivity with easily accessible public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and garbage collection is regular. Elevators are installed and maintained, and we have reliable electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites, and homes have proper ventilation and good plaster and fittings. Security guards are also available. Amenities such as the gym, garden, play area for kids, clubhouse is available and well-maintained, and the neighbors are very nice and friendly.
Things need improvement
The sole negative aspect is the lack of a swimming pool, which would improve leisure time activities and ties within the neighborhood. A pool makes for a more lively and pleasurable living environment for people by offering a place for rest and exercise, particularly in the summer.

The society is gated, providing an added sense of security. There are no issues with water or electricity supply, which is very convenient. The main market is nearby, making shopping and daily errands easy. Additionally, there are no problems with leakage or termites. While cleanliness is average, it is generally satisfactory. Overall, it's a comfortable and convenient place to live.
Things need improvement
As a current resident, while all things are satisfactory, there is always room for improvement. Enhancing the speed and efficiency of maintenance services and introducing more recreational activities or community events could significantly elevate the living experience.

Good things here
The construction quality of the houses is top-notch, with no water leakage or seepage issues at all. The timely garbage pickup and clean campus make a huge difference. The gym is a great perk. Neighbors are very well-connected and supportive. Autos and cabs are easily available. Having several playschools nearby is a huge bonus for families.
Things need improvement
There is a absence of a swimming pool. A swimming pool would provide a perfect spot for relaxation, exercise, and social gatherings, especially during the hot summer months. It's disappointing not to have this facility, as it feels like the one missing piece in an otherwise excellent community.

The project is located in Satellite's suburban area. The prices are reasonable and you never have to worry about the maintenance as it is done well by the management. It is an ideal place for youngsters as there are lots of parks, a gym and quality built roads. The connectivity is so good that you will never face any issues while booking a cab or reaching your destination as there are no traffic jams or snarls.

Deep Indraprasth Greens is a ready-to-move housing society in Shyamal, Ahmedabad West. Public transport connectivity makes people's communication very easy. You can get everything from here: buses, taxis, cabs, and even a railway station, which is very near, about 10 minutes from here. All the basic amenities, like shops, malls, metro stations, schools, and major colleges, are nearby. In particular, hospitals are just 2 km away from the project.

Residential Apartments of various sizes make up Deep Indraprasth Greens. Safety and security are taken care of nicely with the support of CCTV cameras and security guards which greatly reduce the fear of any kind of problem to the kids or women. The biggest reason to stay here is that it is pocket-friendly and it is much easier to travel to any part of the city without any hassle as the connectivity is quite good.

The total area of available units in this project is 0.28 acres. The deep Indraprasth Greens floor design makes the most of the available area. The roadways are very well maintained and very neat and clean. Other facilities are also available within the complex-parking facility, which is the most common problem in every society/complex, but here enough space is available for two-wheelers as well as four-wheelers.
