Good things here
The committee has a vegetable market, a grocery market and a small one, a supermarket, and auto cabs are very easy to get and whatever problem arises of interest within the committee, it is rectified by the government. It is a government property and there are many festivals etc. celebrated well
Things need improvement
A mall is going to be built outside the Samiti, but it's not there yet. The metro is far away, and there aren't any buses either, so transportation is tricky. Inside the Samiti, there aren't any amenities like a swimming pool, gym, or club. So, these are the problems we face.

Society ke 5 km radius main delhi public school , hospital , college , metro, sabkuchh hai. sabji market and mall bhi pass mai hai. grocery shop society ke andaar hai. mandir hai. play ground hai . ventilation proper dia hai and building earthquick resistance hai. emergency staircases and fire exit bhi hai. electrician and plumber society mai rehete hain. garbage collection daily basis pe and weekly besis pe bhi hoti hai.
Things need improvement
Visitor parking nahi hai, visitor ko bahar car rakhna padta hai. amenitis kuchh bhi nhi hai, gym ,swiming pool, club house kuchh nahi hai. metro wagera thoda durr padta hai.

The complex has great connectivity with roadways and airways as well, as you can have an airport within 4 KM. The complex is well maintained and secured. The area has all types of facilities nearby.

Well maintained and good construction. The complex is located in a place where you can have all types of transportation facilities. The complex is clean and well maintained.You can have ample parking space here.

Best place to live as you can have all types of connectivities such as public transport, auto, shuttle etc. You can have a metro facility very soon. The complex is well developed, organized and maintained.

Many shops sell a variety of products and essentials. The complex is well maintained and secured.Well developed infrastructure with 1BHK,2BHK,3 BHK apartments. The complex is green, well maintained. Overall a good area.
