The society stands out for its exceptional construction quality, with no issues such as seepage, leakage, cracks, or termites. The buildings are well-ventilated, and both electricity and water supply are reliable. Regular cleaning and garbage collection are efficiently managed. Safety is a priority, with well-maintained lifts, CCTV cameras, and security guards. The friendly community celebrates festivals together, creating a warm and inclusive environment. Parking facilities are adequate, and the clubhouse is also not well-maintained asset.
Despite the well-maintained roads, the society faces challenges with poor connectivity, as public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs are not readily available. This lack of accessible transportation creates significant inconvenience for the residents. while the proximity to schools, hospitals, and markets is beneficial, the absence of essential amenities such as a garden, play area, gym, swimming pool, and parks is a major drawback. These facilities are crucial for recreation and relaxation, and their unavailability and lack of maintenance further add to the residents discomfort. Improving these aspects would greatly enhance the overall living experience in the society.

Auto-rickshaws and cabs are easily available near the society. Schools and hospitals are also nearby. All amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, kids play area, etc. , are available in the society. The build quality is excellent, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage in the society. Allocated parking is available for both owners and visitors. Full power backup facilities have been provided in the society.
Bachelors are not permitted in the society; it is exclusively for families. Security is lacking due to the absence of a main gate and boom barrier facilities. The metro system has not yet been extended to this area.

Having excellent connectivity in our society is such a boon. I really appreciate how easy it is to get around with autos, buses, rickshaws, and even a nearby metro station at our disposal. It makes running errands, commuting to work, or accessing essential services like schools and hospitals incredibly convenient.
Poor maintenance services, coupled with the absence of a committee to oversee the work, can lead to frustration and dissatisfaction among residents. Additionally, the use of low-quality construction materials by the builder is concerning, as it can contribute to the deterioration of the buildings over time and potentially compromise residents' safety. The lack of basic amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gardens, and parks further diminishes the quality of life for residents, depriving them of opportunities for recreation and relaxation within the community.

From my perspective, the society boasts excellent connectivity with buses, benefiting from the nearby railway station and market. Further, the availability of autos and cabs a bit further up ensures convenient access to public transport options. Additionally, the well-maintained roads contribute to smooth commuting experiences.
It's disheartening to hear about the state of maintenance in the society. Neglect in garbage collection, cleaning, and the absence of basic amenities can undoubtedly have a significant impact on residents' quality of life. The frequent breakdown of lifts adds to the inconvenience, especially for those living in higher floors. The absence of a committee to address these issues exacerbates the situation, leaving residents feeling unheard and frustrated. Moreover, the lack of public transport near the society and dysfunctional street lights further compound residents' challenges. These issues not only affect convenience but also impact safety and security.

Build quality was good as there was no leakage and seepage issues in the society,Rooms were spacious and balcony were attached. Allocated space for parking is available for owners and visitors. 24 hours water and electricity supply is available in the society. Local tranport was easily available and society was neat clean and well maintained.
Metro faciltiies are not available near by the society. There is no amenities in the society only one small park and lift is available in the society. Power back up connection has been given to common areas only. There is no verification done on the entrance security sent randomly anyone.
