Good things here
The connectivity of Krishna Heights is excellent, with the railway station just 1 km away and various local markets, schools, and hospitals nearby. Additionally, bus services are easily accessible, and there are upcoming metro stations under construction nearby. The build quality of the units is exceptional, with no leakage issues and proper ventilation in the flats. Allocated parking is provided for both owners and visitors. The neighbors are friendly, and they celebrate festivals together within the society. Residents benefit from 24-hour water and electricity supply. The society is well-maintained by a dedicated management team, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep. Moreover, the security system is robust, with guards and CCTV surveillance in place.
Things need improvement
Krishna Heights is a stand-alone building with limited amenities, offering only a lift and parking space to residents. There are no additional facilities such as a park, clubhouse, or swimming pool available�in�the�society.

Good things here
The location of the society is truly premium, with everything easily accessible nearby, including local markets, transportation options, schools, and hospitals. The construction quality is exceptional, with no noticeable defects, and regular painting maintenance every five years ensures a fresh look. Despite being a tower, the number of flats is limited, allowing for much larger and spacious rooms. The society boasts amenities like a podium terrace, a well-equipped gym, and a spacious lobby. Security measures are top-notch, and cleanliness is maintained impeccably throughout the society.
Things need improvement
Each flat in the society comes with its designated parking space, ensuring convenience for residents. However, visitors are not permitted to park inside the society premises. It's worth noting that only owners are allowed in the society; tenants are not permitted. Despite the absence of a swimming pool, the society still offers a range of other amenities for residents to enjoy.

Good things here
Local transport facilities are easily available even bus services are available easily. Build quality is really good as there is no issues regarding leakage and seepage. 24/7 electricity facilities are available in the society. Society's climate is really peaceful and zero pollution around the society. Crowd of the people is really good and all the festivals are being celebrated altogether.
Things need improvement
This is small society and there are zero amenities available in the society and lift is also not available in the society. There is zero security system in society as there is no security and cctv in the society. open parking has been provided in the society. 24/7 water is not available in the society.

Good things here
He left the mentioned society 2 years back. Connectivity bohot acha hai society ka, highway paas me hi hai, so it is commute. Flat ka rate badha hai waha , facilities improve hui hain. City buses ki connectivity achi hai. Uber/ola aa jata tha. Parking area sufficient enough hai. 1+1 Area parking hai. Construction quality acha hai , no seepage issues as such faced. Security bhi bohot acha hai society ka. Clubhouse acha hai society mein, functions bhi ho sakte hain waha pe. Lifts are also working fine there.
Things need improvement
Metro station nahi hai koi society ke aas paas. Auto stand paas me nahi hai, thoda door jana padhta tha. Maintenance charges thoda zyada hai comparatively.

Additionally, the neighbors within the society tend to be introverted, which might affect the social dynamics within the community.

Nearby, autos and cabs are readily available for transportation needs. Street lights illuminate the nearby roads, ensuring safety. Markets and hospitals are conveniently located in close proximity. Maintenance services, including garbage removal and elevator maintenance, are provided. The residents are friendly and cooperative, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The roads near the society are in poor condition and require improvement. The construction quality of the buildings is average, with some flats experiencing seepage issues. Unfortunately, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are not available in the society.

All the festivals are being celebrated,good socailism. spacious parking area for resident in basement. soceity is very neat ,clean and hygenic. security system is big plus in the society. good construction quality and top notch Maintenance facilitiies.

Local railway station is not at walkable distance. power back up connection has been given to common areas only. visitors parking is out of the society. no amenities are present in the society.

The construction of the society is 18 years old, and only open parking has been provided within the campus. Unfortunately, power backup facilities have not been provided.

Local train and auto bus are available near to the society. market is near to the society. no leakage or seepage issue in the construction of building. people are cooperative and friendly.
Things need improvement
No metro station is near by the society, have to travel by other public transport. Maintenance should be improved more for the betterment of the society.
