Good things here
1> Property is on the Main road /Gwarighat road so no issue with transportation 24*7 can/auto facility available . 2> No water logging issue in the society or out of the society as it is monitored by the MCJ due to be on main road . 3> Residents are wonderful/co-operative .All the functions/festivals are celebrated with full entusiast for all the religions /castes . 4> Nearby is Big Bazaar Mall,Samdareeya Mall in 500 Meter range , School are in 2-3 kms range,markets are nearby .
