Good things here
The residents enjoy nice neighbors, plenty of parking, and easy access to public transportation. Because there are no termite, leak, seepage, or fracture issues, the superb build quality is evident. In addition, there's a subway station, and stores, hospitals, and schools are all in handy places. The area enjoys a steady supply of power and water, adequate ventilation, and an abundance of natural light. Parks, a clubhouse, a playground, a garden, a swimming pool, and a gym are some of the amenities. The elevators receive routine maintenance, cleaning, and garbage collection. Public transportation, which includes both buses and taxis, is readily available. The roads are in fair shape, and there is a security guard on duty.
Things need improvement
As an owner for many years, I�ve never had any issues because everything is always well-maintained and carefully managed. I can't think of anything the society lacks or needs to improve.

Good things here
I appreciate the excellent connectivity with easy access to public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs, which makes commuting hassle-free. Nearby schools, hospitals, and markets add to the convenience of the area. The construction quality is exceptional, ensuring there are no issues like seepage or termite infestations. Proper ventilation and quality fittings contribute to comfortable living conditions. Each resident enjoys designated parking spots, and the community follows rules diligently. Regular garbage collection with segregation, reliable electricity and water supply, and modern amenities such as a gym and clubhouse further enhance satisfaction.
Things need improvement
Surprisingly, there haven't been any issues in recent years, and I consider it the ideal society to live in, enthusiastically recommending it to others.

S a former resident of , I highly recommend it for its exceptional maintenance and excellent construction quality. The maintenance team and efficient, keeping all areas clean and well-kept. The buildings are sturdy and beautifully designed, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Additionally, the society offers top-notch security
Things need improvement
I found the location quite inconvenient due to the metro being far away. Additionally, the lack of a gym and swimming pool was disappointing, as these amenities are essential for a comfortable lifestyle. While the construction and maintenance were satisfactory, the absence of these key facilities and the inconvenient location significantly detract from the overall living experience.

Good things here
Schools, colleges and hospitals are nearby and in the society, buses, metro and auto cabs are very easily available for transportation. There is also a vegetable market and market outside the society.
Things need improvement
There is no swimming pool in the society and there is no playground for children where they can play and for gym lovers, there is no gym, there are two-three things which are very disappointing.
