Good things here
However, the society does have amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and gardens. All residents have allotted parking, with both covered and uncovered options available. The construction quality is good, ensuring proper ventilation. Moreover, all festivals are celebrated within the society premises. The maintenance was excellent for facilities like lifts, CCTV, and the security guards did their job very well. The maintenance charges per month are 300 rupees. Public transport like autos and buses was easily available just outside the society.
Things need improvement
The society doesn't have a gym or clubhouse, and the garden is small. The building is quite old and hasn't been repainted, so it looks worn out from the outside. The nearest metro station is more than an hour away. Water logging is a recurring issue

Good things here
The locality benefits from a nearby market area, enhancing convenience for residents. Proximity to amenities and security presence are positives. There are no issues related to pets or stray dogs in the society. Other facilities and amenities such as a gym, park, clubhouse, and kids' play area are available. Market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. Garbage collection is consistently done on time.
Things need improvement
The society is dealing with recurring seepage issues in the bathrooms that require attention. Additionally, the lifts occasionally halt, causing inconvenience for residents. Despite the presence of security personnel, incidents of theft have raised concerns among residents, impacting the overall living experience in the society.

Good things here
The maintenance is great, with frequent cleaning and proper rubbish collection. The buildings have adequate ventilation and sunlight, with no evidence of seepage, leaking, or cracking. There are pleasant amenities such as a garden, children's play area, gym, clubs, a park, and adequate security. The region is very lush and well-kept. The neighborhood is friendly, making it an enjoyable place to live.
Things need improvement
There is no metro, railway station, or bus service nearby, thus public transit choices are restricted. There is no swimming pool, which is disappointing for individuals who enjoy swimming.

Good things here
Water is available 24/7. The residents are cooperative and decent. Festivals are celebrated together. Connectivity is good; autos and buses are easily available.
Things need improvement
The society has significant issues with leakage and seepage due to poor construction quality. It's a low-profile area overall. Cleanliness and hygiene are lacking. While modern amenities are present, they are not operational. Parking is available only for those who have purchased it; others don't have access. Ventilation varies across flats, with some receiving adequate sunlight while others do not.

Good things here
The main road is just 2 km away, and there's a school and hospital nearby, which is very convenient. Maintenance is satisfactory, and we have dedicated parking, which is a big plus. The community is friendly and welcoming, and pets are also embraced
Things need improvement
Living here has been quite frustrating due to several issues. There are leakage problems in the bathrooms, and some flats have termite infestations. The gym is nonexistent, the pool is still under construction, and there's no clubhouse available. The roads are in poor condition, and the garden is not maintained.

Good things here
There were no construction-related issues such as leakage and seepage. The residents were good and decent, and festivals were celebrated together. Utility water was available 24/7, and there was sufficient greenery in the society.
Things need improvement
The society's connectivity was not good; autos and buses were not readily available. There were no modern amenities in the society. Cleanliness and hygiene were not maintained well. Residents had to buy drinking water from outside. The lifts would sometimes malfunction and were not reliable.

Good things here
The only good thing about the society is the connectivity, we have schools, hospitals, transporation medium near by, the people living in the soviety are very friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is very bad, even the necessary amenities like pool, gym etc are not available in the society, the society is very polluted.

This society lacks essential transportation options such as buses, metros, and cabs, particularly during the day. Maintenance is severely lacking, evident in recurring drainage issues. The absence of basic facilities like a pool, gym, or clubhouse is disappointing. Additionally, the old construction quality, incomplete coloring, and inadequate security measures contribute to residents' concerns. The prevalence of robberies and attacks from stray animals further exacerbates the safety issues.

Good things here
Connectivity is good if you have your personal vehicle because no traffic issues near society. Some people are nice & friendly in society, festivals are celebrated together. No major positive issues in society.
Things need improvement
I used to live earlier there with my sister. Now we both have shifted, its a pathetic society. No plus point, main 1 star bhi nahi dungi usko. There is nothing there, except for snakes, robbers & theives. Connectivity mein public transport like auto, cabs milna difficult hai. Zero maintenance hai, no cleanliness, no adequate water supply. Lifts har 10 din mein kharab ho jati hai. No amenities like swimming pool, gym , clubhouse. Prospectus mein sab dikhaya tha abhi tak kuch nahi bana hai. Construction bohot kharab, walls quality is cheap, walls are damp, pipes are leaking. Some people do politics there.
