Residents benefit from nearby grocery and vegetable shops, ensuring convenient access to daily essentials. Daily garbage collection contributes to cleanliness, and well-ventilated flats enhance the living experience. Additionally, the society fosters a sense of community by celebrating all festivals together.
It's unfortunate that there's no Dmart nearby, with the nearest supermarket being quite a distance away. Improving amenities, especially expanding the play area, could enhance the quality of life for residents. Addressing hygiene and cleanliness issues is crucial for maintaining a healthy living environment. Additionally, resolving the common problem of leakage and seepage in many flats would significantly improve residents' satisfaction and comfort.

Garbage collection occurs daily in the society, and the lifts are well-maintained. Autos are readily available nearby, and there are vegetable and grocery stores in close proximity. All modern amenities are available, ventilation is good, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats. Each flat has a balcony, and the residents are friendly and well-connected via WhatsApp. Parking is ample and well-maintained, and security is good with CCTV installed. There are no issues with waterlogging or drainage, and the society has backup power to mitigate power cuts. The maintenance charges are justified at Rs. 2 per square foot.
Public buses for transportation are not available near the society. As an alternative, residents rely on private buses for commuting, given the absence of public transportation options in the vicinity.

Outside the society, autos and buses are readily available. The residents are good and cooperative. All modern amenities are present and well-maintained. There is sufficient parking allotted for everyone.
The roads on the opposite side of the society are in poor condition and dirty due to small shops that litter the area. There's a slight traffic issue there as well. Currently, there are some issues in the flat, such as visible damage on the walls with dampness in the bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, there are gaps appearing between the tiles and the wooden floor in the bedroom, indicating the need for future tile replacement. The water supply contains high levels of calcium and magnesium, leaving white residue on glasses. While the cleanliness is maintained, there's room for improvement, and some parking tiles are broken.

The lift maintenance is excellent, ensuring smooth operation. The ventilation and build quality are exceptional, with properly constructed balconies and windows allowing for ample fresh air and sunlight. A well-appointed parking area adds to the convenience. The residents are helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic about celebrating all festivals.
While the amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' playing area are available, the maintenance is below average. There's no nearby public transport or grocery shops, impacting convenience. Maintenance is average at best, as cleanliness is not consistently maintained on time.

All modern amenities are available and are of excellent quality. There's also a designated area for walking. The residents are decent, and festivals are celebrated. Parking is sufficient, and the lifts are well-maintained. The society is clean, and autos can be easily found nearby.
Your flat has been affected by seepage, resulting in dampness on the walls of the washroom and kitchen. No matter how much painting you do, the dampness still shows. The roads outside the society are not suitable for walking due to a lot of littering. Additionally, the water available for drinking is hard water.

The residents are supportive, and we joyfully celebrate all festivals together. The ventilation system ensures fresh air circulation, and the balconies and windows are well-maintained. Security measures are reliable, and public transportation is conveniently located nearby.
There's a significant seepage issue in the room near the bathroom. Occasionally, the lift experiences malfunctions, and it requires repeated requests for maintenance before the issue is resolved.

Nearby public transport, vegetable markets, and grocery stores. All amenities are available and well-maintained, and festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm. The security guards are doing a great job too.
Ventilation might be a bit of a challenge due to one side being open. Garbage collection and lift maintenance don't happen on time, indicating issues with the maintenance team overall.

Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool,club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Security guards are available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society.
The connectivity of the society is not good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. The constructuion quality is very poor, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. CCTV cameras are not installed at all places in the society.

There is ample parking space in the society, sufficient for both residents and visitors. Autos, buses, and other transportation options are readily available as the society is located on the main road. Water is available 24/7. There is power backup in the society, and all modern amenities are available. The residents live together harmoniously, celebrating festivals together. The flats are well-ventilated, receiving plenty of sunlight, and the lifts are regularly maintained.
The metro has not been constructed yet. Since the society is 10-15 years old, there are some issues of leakage and seepage.
