Residents of this housing society appreciate the excellent maintenance standards upheld within the community. However, despite the positive aspects, there are areas where the housing society could improve. The connectivity within the society is average, which may pose challenges for residents who rely on public transportation or need convenient access to major roads. Enhancing connectivity options could improve convenience and accessibility for all residents. Additionally, while the amenities provided within the society are adequate, there may be opportunities to further enhance and diversify amenities to better meet the recreational and lifestyle needs of the community. Good things here
Living in my society has been a fantastic experience. Everything is well-maintained, and I can always count on timely services. Cleanliness is a top priority, and it's reassuring to see the amenities like the swimming pool and club house in such great shape. I never have to worry about water or electricity supply issues, which is a huge relief. What's even better is the sense of community here�everyone is friendly and cooperative, making it a joy to interact with my neighbors. The connectivity is excellent too, with well-built roads that keep traffic flowing smoothly. Having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby is incredibly convenient, saving me time and effort. Overall, I feel incredibly fortunate to live in such an excellent society.
Things need improvement
I'm really content with how things are in our society. It's a well-oiled machine, with everything running smoothly. The only thing I find myself wishing for sometimes is a temple. It's not a huge deal, but having a place for spiritual solace would be nice. Other than that, there's nothing else on my mind in terms of improvements.

Good things here
The upkeep of our community is top-notch, with daily garbage collection and well-maintained lifts ensuring a clean environment. We're lucky to have modern amenities like an open gym and a play area for kids, along with ample parking. Ventilation is excellent, and any issues like leaks are swiftly taken care of by the management. Plus, there's plenty of open space to enjoy, and even public transport is accessible late at night, ensuring convenience for all residents. And when it comes to festivities, we go all out, celebrating with full enthusiasm.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, our community lacks dedicated cricket or football grounds for the elderly to enjoy, and visitor parking is limited to accommodate only 5-6 cars.

Good things here
There's an open gym on the terrace, along with a park and clubhouse. Nearby, you'll find vegetable markets and grocery shops, making daily errands convenient. Garbage collection occurs daily, and ventilation is excellent, thanks to well-maintained balconies and windows. The residents are not only helpful but also friendly, fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool is exclusively for children; unfortunately, there's no pool available for other residents. The lack of nearby metro stations can make commuting to the office a bit challenging. Additionally, maintenance tends to be slow, which can affect the overall upkeep of the society.

Good things here
The metro, bus, taxi, and car services all have excellent connectivity. The road itself is of good quality as well. Regular cleaning and waste collection are examples of well-managed maintenance. The buildings have enough natural light, ventilation, and water supply. There are several facilities in the society, including a park, a garden, a gym, clubs, and adequate security. Nicely, there's a kids' play area as well. The neighborhood is rather pleasant.
Things need improvement
All available infrastructure in the society is good as it enhances the society's quality of living. For those who prefer swimming, the absence of a swimming pool is a little frustrating.

Connectivity is good, buildings are also very good, gymnasium, parks, club house are good, people are also good, they like it all over, they do not find any problem.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is great with spacious roads. Maintenance is decent, addressing cleanliness and water supply seamlessly. Construction is satisfactory, with durable infrastructure. Society provides basic facilities only such as a gym and a children's play area.
Things need improvement
There is no swimming pool in the society, there are seepage issues as it is constructed poorly. issue with the drainage facility also. modern amenties required

The society is near to the VIP road.the airport and market are very close to the society. there is open gym and also a park for childrens.

There is no temple in the society, no swimming pool and no clubhouse.seepage problem on top floor of the buildings.

Good things here
The society is located in a slightly congested area, but considering that, it feels spacious with proper ventilation and sunlight in the flats. There is a large area connected by three pillars where one can walk in the evening. Auto-rickshaws are readily available nearby, and there is parking space for everyone, including visitors. The residents are good people. There was a slight issue of leakage, but the society management has resolved it. Issues are resolved promptly.
Things need improvement
There are no modern amenities except for a garden. There is a bit of a traffic issue because the main road is connected to a VIP road. The roads outside the society are average; they're not up to the mark. The water quality is not good; we have to use an RO purifier.

The entrance of this residential property is decorated with several bushes so that lots of customers can be attracted. CCTV cameras are also installed at the entrance to observe various security measures.
