Good things here
I have been living in this society since a long time, people here are very good and engaging, we celebrate various festivals like durga pooja, holi , etc together, people really feels like a family. Connectivity here is quite good with proper proper parking spaces and autos, cabs easily accessible. Railway station is also situated nearby. Maintenace facilities here are also okay with proper lift and cleanliness. CCTVs cameras are also available in the society so there are no security issues.
Things need improvement
Everything here is independently maintained, there are no garbage facilities provided. There are issues relating to seepage in almost every flat here. Talking about amenities, there are no gyms, swimming pools or club house.

Good things here
The lift and CCTV are well maintained. Festivals like Durga Puja and Diwali are celebrated. Malls, markets, schools, and colleges are available within 10-15 minutes. Public transport like autos and buses is easily accessible. There are amenities such as a hall, garden, covered and uncovered car parking, and guest parking.
Things need improvement
However, there is no swimming pool or gym. The metro is quite far from the society. There was an issue with other society members dumping garbage on the road outside, which we reported to the municipality. There was also a problem with water leakage from bathroom tiles affecting the lower floors. The maintenance charges are 1. 75 rupees per square foot.

Good things here
All festivals like Holi, Diwali, and others are celebrated with enthusiasm in the society. There is covered parking available. Cleaning in the society is perfect, and maintenance of facilities like lifts, CCTV, and security is well-done. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Nearby, there are grocery stores, local markets, and malls. Public transport like rickshaws is easily available.
Things need improvement
However, amenities such as swimming pool, playground, garden, gym, and clubhouse are not available in the society. The metro is under construction near the society. The construction quality is not the best, and there are some issues with seepage and leakage.

Good things here
Society culture of this society is very good. It feels very good when all members of the society celebrate the festivals together, people are literally very good. no issues regarding water supply, electricals supply, etc. there are no issues regarding seepage, cracks etc. Security facilities are also okay, CCTV's are there. Currently, metro station is also under construction nearby, Autos and cabs are easily accessible , parking space is also sufficient.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities available like gyms, swimming pools or public parks. There is only a small park for morning walk that's it no playing area nothing, also there is high maintenance fees

Good things here
Maintenance charges are justified. Cleanliness is maintained. Water is available 24/7. Festivals are celebrated. Residents are decent. There are no issues of leakage or seepage in my flat. There is no traffic issue near the society. Autos and buses are easily available.
Things need improvement
There is no local railway station or metro station near the society. One of the roads outside the society is good, while the other is in very poor condition. The society does not have any modern amenities.

Good things here
The connectivity is excellent, making commuting easy. The society is meticulously clean, and amenities like the gym and parking are convenient. Plus, the people are incredibly friendly, creating a warm and welcoming community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
While everything else is satisfactory, the absence of a pool is a notable drawback. It would be great to have this recreational facility available within the society.

Good things here
The community is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation like buses, autos, and even the metro nearby. The airport is just a short 10-15 minute drive away. Maintenance is top-notch, with cleanliness being upheld and garbage disposal done promptly. Construction quality is excellent, with no seepage issues in my flat. Moreover, the people in the society are friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Things need improvement
There have been a few cases of seepage issues in the society. Being a small society, there are no amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, or clubhouse, nor is there any open space. Additionally, there's a lack of open parking space and visitor parking within the society.

Good things here
Auto ,cab , buses pass mai milti hai , sabji market , grocery shop bhi pass mai hai. society pets friendly hai, society ke log bohot helpful and friendly hai. sare flats mai proper ventilation dia hua hai, emergency fire exit and stairecases hai. lift wagera sab AMC pe dia hua hai toh company wale sab maintain karte hai.
Things need improvement
Swiming pool, club house , gym , play ground kuchh bhi nahi hai toh in sab chiso ko lene ke liye hume bahar jana padta hai. metro station bohot durr hai toh thoda transportation mai dikkat hoti hai. maintenance mai thoda dikkat hai.
