The residents of this society are very helpful, and pets are allowed. All flats have balconies and proper ventilation, making it a sturdy home that can withstand earthquakes. Metro, buses, autos, and cabs are available nearby for transportation needs. Grocery and convenience stores are also easily accessible. The lifts are well-maintained for smooth operation.
This doesn't seem like a proper society; everyone handles everything individually. There are no amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, or playground. There are no parking slots available for personal vehicles; we have to park outside and pay extra.

Security is good, and parking is problem-free. The neighborhood is friendly, with people staying in touch, and the metro is conveniently located 15 minutes away.
Being an old building, there are issues with leakage and seepage. The railway station is far, which can be inconvenient for commuting. Additionally, the lack of amenities is a drawback.

The roads and buildings are under construction. the renovation work is going on in the society. people are very helpful and supportive.
Earlier the quality of roads and and building was poor. the area was not kept clean before but now everything is developing.

The society faces recurring water supply issues from time to time. In the event of construction issues within apartments, residents are responsible for arranging and funding necessary repairs, as the society does not offer a mechanism for addressing such damages. Furthermore, amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are not available in the society.

The electricity and water supply are regular. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues. The apartments have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fitting.
Since it is a standalone building and not a society, many amenities are missing, such as a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. There is no CCTV, and garbage collection is very poor, requiring us to dispose of garbage ourselves without any segregation into wet and dry. Additionally, people here do not have much interaction with each other and tend to be busy with their own lives.

The nice behavior in the community contributes to the pleasant living environment.
Essential amenities such as a park, gym, garden, children's play area, swimming pool, and clubs are absent from the housing society. Although the building quality is generally high, there are evident drainage issues on the nearby roadways, which may be somewhat troublesome.

The residents are decent, and festivals are celebrated together. The ventilation in the flat is good, allowing sunlight to come in. Cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
The water supply in the society comes from a borewell, so we have to install an RO purifier at home. There are no modern amenities in the society. Parking for visitors is outside the society; there is no space inside for them.
