Good things here
No power cuts or water issues are faced in the locality. Very good standard materials is used to build the locality. Very maintained locality this is and the people are also very good here.

Very perfect locality without any problems or issues here. Previously, the seepage issue was there but it is fixed now.

these two bhk flats are too good in such a price of 38 lakh and on necessary facilities are also available.

the bad thing about here is that there was no hospital nearby of it and also no good school nearby of it.

Good things here
The quality of walls are very good in the locality and culture holidays are also celebrated with full enthusiasm. There are very less power cuts faced in the locality and the quality of roads are also very good. I liked all the facilities that are available in the locality.
Things need improvement
Please add handpumps near to the road as it is very necessary in this summer. Only one hand pump is present in the locality so I hope more handpumps will be placed near to the roads.

The price of the society is very good and also it provides all necessary facilities what we need to live.
