Magnolia is well designed residential township project situated in one of the most sought after areas of Rajarhat/NewTown, East Kolkata. With beautiful ambience and good construction quality it's value for money place. It provides wide range of lifestyle amenities such as gymnasium, tennis and squash courts, kids play area, food centres, power backup, security cctv video surveillance, fire fighting system, water sewage plant, community hall, spa centres, visitors parking and much more as per vastu shastra. It is close to school/colleges, public transport zones, public parks and recreational arena, ATMs, shopping markets and other basic amenities. Without a second thought I will recommend this society for living happy peaceful life.
It is located in interior part of the city which is far from Howrah railway station although nearby to Kolkata Airport. It also lack social/ cultural gathering and residents don't often celebrate festivals together. Lesser IT hubs and tech park in this area. However condesring the pricing and provided living standards I will rather stay happily here rather than in other locality.

With round-the-clock water and electricity supply, along with reliable internet and phone connectivity, the living experience is truly elevated.
There were no issues whatsoever. Everything was superb and well-maintained, and the people in the society were friendly and helpful by nature. The society boasts well-maintained amenities, and overall, the experience in this community was excellent.

Public transport like autos and buses is easily accessible here. Grocery stores, local shops, and markets are all available near the society. We celebrate all festivals like Holi, Diwali, and Durga Puja very enthusiastically. The monthly maintenance fee is _2600. The construction quality is good, and ventilation is excellent, so we don't face any issues. There are amenities like a playground, garden, gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse in our society. There is plenty of greenery too. We have both covered and uncovered parking available. Cleaning is impeccable, and maintenance of facilities like lifts, CCTV, and security is very well-managed. Our neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Water logging is not an issue here.
The hospital and metro station are 8 kilometers away, and the mall is 5 kilometers away. Otherwise, everything is running very smoothly and well in our society.

The presence of CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards ensures the safety inside the society. The uninterrupted supply of electricity and water adds to the convenience of daily life. The gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are well-maintained. The neighborhood boasts very nice and friendly neighbors who support and take care of each other. Easy access to public transport, along with nearby schools, hospitals, and markets.
Waterlogging and seepage issues, along with problems with fittings and construction quality. Some tenants causing trouble and pet owners not being diligent with cleaning their pets add to the challenges. The presence of a pound outside the society causes issues, especially during the monsoon season. While the society's management has improved since the committee took charge, there were previous challenges when it was maintained by the builders.

Road quality is good. Parking is available (though I haven't taken one), auto and bus services are available, and there is a metro. Garbage is combined and disposed of properly. Elevators are well maintained, the paint is good, and ventilation is excellent. There are no cracks, and my flat, which I purchased in 2020, has had some cracks that were repainted. Amenities such as the gym and clubhouse are well maintained. CCTV security is effective, and people are cooperative.
Last year during the rains, some cracks appeared, and the wall texture started falling off on one side. We repainted it, but small areas are still problematic, especially in the main room. Within the premises, there is a small pool area that hasn't been cleaned for a long time, leading to fungus growth, attracting mosquitoes and flies.

The location was good, and the connectivity of the society was very good. Everything was easy to access nearby. The residents are very good and have a kind nature. Connectivity was also good, proving that those in charge of this place truly care about everyone's happiness and well-being. It's also simple to get around because there are buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis ready to take you wherever you need to go. The location of the society is very good, with parking areas available. Important spots like markets, services, and schools are nearby and easy to reach.
There were issues of security. CCTV were not there that should be added for the security. And amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse were not there in the society.

Autos and rickshaws are easily available near the society. The infrastructure is fine and well-maintained. The housekeeping services are up to the mark. Any repairing inside the home is our responsibility but outdoors is well-maintained. Parks are available for children. The nearby area is cleaned and maintained. Garbage is picked up regularly and timely. I do not know about the gym part because I don't use it. I am very satisfied with the living here.
Although people are friendly and good here, it would be better if there were more people of my state, as I am Rajasthani. The people here are mostly Bengalis and muslims.

I appreciate that the market is nearby, and garbage collection is regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The electricity and water supply are reliable, and the construction quality is excellent. Modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are cooperative and helpful.
However, there are some downsides. There is a damping issue in some areas. Additionally, there is a water body in front of the society that needs to be cleaned, but it isn't being taken care of due to a dispute among its many owners.

The society is undergoing positive changes with the construction of the nearby cynar park metro station. Availability of cabs and improved road conditions make transportation easier. The cleanliness and availability of gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse facilities indicate good maintenance. While the neighbors are cooperative, limited communication with others is noted.
There are some concerns about the construction quality, as evidenced by the seepage issues, particularly on the 12th floor during rain. Despite the presence of a water treatment plant, the water supply is not satisfactory, leading to frequent calls for plumbing assistance.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. There are some malls nearby the society. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, play area for kids are available and these are functional in the society. People are educated and cooperative in the society.
Public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are not available outside the society, the connectivity is a major issue around the society. Locally there are no public transportations available. There is a renowned school near the society for that also personal vehicle or school buses has to be used, public transport is not available. Even if we go by auto it becomes very expensive. Metro station is under construction but it is very far from the society. Around the society there many factories and industrial areas are there from which black smoke and inductrial wastes are released, and it creates massive air pollution. After coming in this society mostly all of us are suffering from allergies. There's a lot of drainange issues that's faced in the society. The construction quality of the buildings very poor, seepage and leakage issues are faced in the apartments. Also wall quality is very bad. During rainy season water comes inside my appartment as the windows are also properly not made and everything gets destroid. Tiles provided are also not good. club house is not available in the society. Community hall is very small, it can hold upto 20 to 25 people.
