Good things here
The society benefits from good connectivity to nearby facilities like hospitals and metro stations, Ola, Uber not cancelling rides. The neighbourhood is friendly. Construction is solid without major issues like seepage or cracks, and we have all the amenities such as a garden, children's play area swimming pool, gym. Overall, It's a decent place to live.
Things need improvement
There are major maintenance issues such as lift problems, poor cleaning services, and irregular garbage collection. The apartment has termite problems affecting the wooden flooring in the master bedroom, and the balcony plaster is in bad shape, indicating structural issues. Security is a major concern due to incidents with unauthorised entry of maids and cooks and a lack of proper notification systems as to when they are in the society or step out of it. Verification processes for domestic help are not at all accurate, posing safety risks despite the friendly neighbourhood atmosphere here.

Good things here
The society was known for its immaculate upkeep, with diligent maintenance efforts ensuring leak-free premises. Residents enjoyed an uninterrupted water supply, with no reported issues. Effective management of water resources and waste disposal systems guaranteed smooth operations. Ample parking spaces were available to meet all residents' needs, and a large park provided an extensive playground for children. The community radiated warmth and inclusivity, reflected in the friendly interactions among its members. Strong security measures, including surveillance cameras and well-maintained elevators, enhanced safety. Additionally, residents benefitted from reliable communication and internet services.
Things need improvement
There was leakage and seepage problem sometimes in some flats but it was a manageble. It was not a big issue. Except this evrrything was okay amd well maintained.

Good things here
In our community, we're lucky to have some great amenities like a gym, playground, and a community hall. Plus, it's super convenient with markets and grocery stores nearby. They're on top of garbage collection, keeping the place looking sharp. And if you ever need a handyman, electricians and plumbers are just a call away. The flats are nice and airy, no leaks or dampness to worry about. Oh, and we've even started celebrating Saraswati Puja recently, which adds a nice community vibe.
Things need improvement
While our community doesn't have a swimming pool or clubhouse, and it's a bit of a distance to the nearest hospitals and schools, about 3-4 kilometers away, we still find ways to make the most of what we have.

Good things here
The construction quality of the society is quite good. We bought our house a long time ago, and so far, we haven't faced any issues. There are plenty of well-ventilated flats and all the amenities are available. Everything is well-maintained, and the society's maintenance is also excellent. The Residents Welfare Association (RWA) works diligently to ensure everything is well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The society itself is quite good, but the surrounding areas lack streetlights, causing darkness from evening onwards. This makes it unsafe for women to venture out alone. Additionally, there's a scarcity of autos and other transportation options, leading to difficulties�in�commuting.

Good things here
Our society maintains high cleanliness and hygiene standards consistently, with timely garbage collection and separate disposal of wet and dry waste. We are fortunate to have amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and children's play area. The residents are friendly and cooperative, often coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events as a community.
Things need improvement
Transportation issues persist in our area, with no nearby mall or hospital for convenience. Additionally, the construction quality is subpar.

Good things here
The only mode of travel available is by cab. Garbage collection happens daily, and the lift functions well. Ventilation is good, as all balconies and windows are properly constructed. Festivals are celebrated, and people are friendly.
Things need improvement
There are no clubhouse or kids' play areas available, and there is no nearby public transport. Maintenance should be improved further, and beautification efforts should be made to enhance the society's appeal.

Good things here
The society was always clean, with all modern amenities available. Water was supplied 24/7. Residents lived together harmoniously, celebrating festivals together. There was ample parking space for both visitors and residents. The lifts were regularly maintained.
Things need improvement
There was a significant connectivity issue as there was no local transport available nearby. On one side, there was a slight issue of dampness on the walls.

I also like the clear and tidy area, especially the roads are clear and well-maintained. There are many colleges, hospitals and schools nearby.

Pollution free environment with lots of greenery and cleanliness is a positive point of this project. Within the society, there are green parks, jogging parks, swimming pools, gyms, and other amenities. Another advantage of this society is the minimal maintenance charges and clean internal roads with trees planted for lush greenery.

the homes are well constructed and maintenance is also periodically. Safety and security is the thing about which you do not have worry about as it is taken care well.
