Good things here
I am a former resident and I used to live here and had no issues at all. Everything was perfect. Connectivity was great, with easy access to auto-rickshaws, cabs, and public transport. Maintenance was excellent, with regular cleaning and timely garbage collection. The construction quality was very good, with no seepage, leakage, or cracks in the building. All the amenities, such as the garden, children�s play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse, were available and well-maintained. The neighbourhood was friendly and safe, with good security measures and CCTV coverage. Parking and guest parking were never a problem. Living here was very comfortable and convenient.
Things need improvement
I had no issues at all in Connectivity, Maintenance, Construction, Amenities, Neighbourhood, CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, and stray dogs, making everything perfect. The connectivity was great, with easy access to autos, cabs, metro, railway station, and airport. Maintenance was excellent, with clean lifts and regular garbage collection. The construction was reliable with no seepage, leaks, or cracks. Amenities like the garden, play area, swimming pool, and gym were fantastic. The Neighbourhood was friendly and inviting, with CCTV and security ensuring our safety. There was plenty of parking and guest parking, and stray dogs were controlled well. Living here was a wonderful experience.

The society's dedication to maintaining its premises is praiseworthy, fostering a superior living environment. Proximity to essential amenities further heightens convenience, ensuring residents have access to necessities. The emphasis on creating a dry and cozy living space adds to the overall comfort. Its expansive layout provides ample opportunities for leisure and recreational activities. CCTVs and elevators are in good condition, ensuring added security and convenience. The people of the society are friendly and helpful, contributing to a positive community atmosphere. Additionally, the vicinity boasts a range of grocery stores, markets, schools, and hospitals, catering to residents' daily requirements. The robust connectivity options streamline commuting for residents, with various modes of transportation available, including buses, cars, autos, and taxis.
Things need improvement
The society was good, and everything was well maintained. People were also cooperative. The only downside was the absence of amenities. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse should be maintained to enhance the overall living experience for residents.

Things need improvement
While I appreciate the amenities and facilities available in my society, I do feel that there's a missing element: a playground for children. It's important for kids to have a space where they can play and socialize, and currently, neither the society nor the nearby vicinity offers this. I believe that having a playground would greatly benefit the community, providing a safe and enjoyable space for children to be active and have fun.

Known for their warmth and hospitality, community members foster a welcoming atmosphere. The society was old, and there were no issues with anything, but amenities like gyms, swimming pools, and a clubhouse were not available in the society. Otherwise, everything was okay, and people were also good and cooperative.

With ample parking available, I never have to worry about finding a spot for my vehicle. The high construction quality of the buildings, coupled with the presence of balconies, means that common issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems are non-existent. The security system, complete with security guards and CCTV surveillance, provides a sense of safety and peace of mind. Having a lift in the society adds convenience, making it easier to navigate the building. But perhaps what makes this community truly special is the friendly and cooperative atmosphere among its residents. It's wonderful to be part of a neighborhood where people genuinely care for and support one another.

While it's unfortunate that amenities like a gym and swimming pool aren't available in our society, there are still many positive aspects to appreciate.

Good things here
The flats enjoy good ventilation and plenty of sunlight. Cleanliness is well-maintained, and there are no issues with the water supply; it's reliable. The lifts are well-maintained, and there is also a garden for residents to enjoy. No cracks are present in the flat, and the nearby roads are in good condition with easy access to public transport.
Things need improvement
, the society faces a significant issue with leakage. There are no modern amenities available, and parking is a major concern as there is only common parking without basement facilities. Additionally, the maintenance charges are high.

Good things here
It's great that there are no leakage or seepage issues in the building. Living here is so convenient with bus stops and a market area nearby. Having a gym and a lift adds to the comfort and accessibility. Plus, festivals are celebrated with such joy and enthusiasm.
Things need improvement
The lack of amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool is quite disappointing. It would be much more enjoyable and convenient to have these facilities available for residents.

Good things here
The flats were well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight, and there were no issues with leakage or seepage. Power cuts were not a problem, and water was available 24/7. Autos were readily available near the society. The roads outside the society were in good condition, and there were no traffic issues.
Things need improvement
Parking space, especially for four-wheelers, was limited. The society was not clean. Power backup was available only for common areas. There were no modern amenities, and even the play area was closed off.

The palace is under construction. It offers villas and apartments in varied budget range. These units are a combination of comfort and style specifically designed to suit the customers requirements . The place is very healthy.
