Value for money . Famous Vishwa Shanti Sarovar is built in the Amenity Space . Only layout with 4 wide D.P. roads connected to NH 7 . Beautiful 2 acre garden in the open space & 3 other small gardens . Upcoming Ashokvan Metro Station only 500 metres away . Montford School , Palloti Engineering College, Suretech Hospital only 500 metres away. Good internal concrete roads .
