Good things here
I am living in Mahendra township phase-1 since 10 years and it had been a great experience. The society is well maintained and their is no seepage issue till date. The people out here are friendly and calm. All care for each other. There is good parking facility, children's play area, gardens and a temple also inside the colony. The maintenance chargee are moderate out here. I love the society. In simple words the society is safe, secure and a must place to live in for a family.
Things need improvement
The security guards are most often sleeping during the night hours and don't ask and do entry of unknown people entering the society. The CTV cameras are also of outdated software and having software issue's. The security should be improved out here. That's all.
