Good things here
the shubh Nilay is better and perfect . it is in a good location, there is a 7r Hotel in front of shubh Nilay, parking and kids pay area, gym, pool, indoor Games and etc. facilities are very good,
Autos and Cabs easily available
Strong walls and pillars
No seepage issues
Good quality plaster and fitting
Good celebration of festivities
Residents pay maintenance in time
Great Schools nearby
Nice park and kids playarea
Things need improvement
there is nothing that I dislike about this Tower, it is very quality and transprtation is 24 hour Availble here.
