Good things here
Despite being old, the construction quality is very strong, and ventilation is proper. Minor issues like seepage and leakage can be fixed with repairs. There are two metro stations within walking distance and a railway station nearby. All local amenities such as grocery shops, hospitals, markets, and schools within 10 to 15 minutes' distance are available in the society. Public transport like autos and buses are easily accessible. There are no issues with waterlogging. Maintenance of facilities like 1 lifts and CCTV cameras is also done properly. The maintenance charges per month are 1500 rupees. uncovered parking was allotted for everyone.
Things need improvement
The building is 33 years old and lacks modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or play area. Cultural events are not celebrated in the society. The society is set to undergo redevelopment. There are many senior citizens in the society.

Additionally, the absence of power cuts ensures reliable electricity supply, supporting daily activities and minimizing disruptions. Quality plaster and fittings in buildings reflect good construction standards, enhancing durability and aesthetic appeal. Ample open spaces contribute to a pleasant environment, offering residents opportunities for outdoor activities and relaxation. vibrant cultural atmosphere and community spirit among residents.
Things need improvement
Minor seepage issues occasionally arise in the area, but they are manageable and do not significantly affect daily life. However, the absence of a swimming pool and gym facilities limits recreational opportunities within the community.

Good things here
Near our society, there's a grocery store, mall, and local market where you can find everything you need. Cleaning and hygiene are well-maintained here. The elevators and CCTV cameras are also properly maintained. Security does a good job. Ventilation is good, and there are no issues like seepage. Public transport like autos and rickshaws are easily available around the society.
Things need improvement
However, we don't have modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, or garden. Also, there are no cultural events like Holi or Diwali celebrations.

Good things here
The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming. Despite the age of the building, the people living there are nice and helpful. The connectivity is decent with autos and cabs available nearby.
Things need improvement
There is no lift in the building sometimes making it difficult for residents. There are no amenities at all, which is very inconvenient. The building is 60 years old and shows its age. The lack of modern facilities and amenities makes living here slightly less comfortable.

Good things here
However, the society's location was excellent, providing great connectivity for traveling anywhere. Garbage collection was very efficient, and the sweepers were helpful and caring. The lift and CCTV were well maintained.
Things need improvement
The building was quite old, so there were some construction issues, such as occasional dampness on the walls. There were no amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, or play area.
