The society boasts a well-kept club, solid construction, and reliable power backup, offering residents a luxurious lifestyle with various amenities.
Things need improvement
The main gate area and stores lack hygiene, and the maintenance charges are on the higher side. Issues with cleanliness extend to the stairs and the backside of the building. The kids' swimming pool might not meet expectations, and there are concerns regarding security and overall maintenance. However, for residents who prioritize convenience, connectivity, and access to amenities within the society, the overall experience might still be positive.

Things need improvement
The main gate and stores aren't kept clean, and the back side of the building is in rough shape. The kids' swimming pool isn't great, and there are cleanliness issues with the stairs. Some residents find the maintenance fees too high, and there have been complaints about lax security. Despite these concerns, most former residents still think it's a decent place to live.

Good things here
The amenities here are really impressive. We've got a well-kept club, a swimming pool, and even a library. And on top of that, there are some really luxurious facilities like a spa, salon, card room, private cinema, and clubhouse. The maintenance services are great too. They make sure everything is always in good shape, which is really nice. And the power backup is excellent, so I always feel secure even if there's an outage. the amenities here are really something! We've got a great club, a swimming pool, and even a library. And if that wasn't enough, there are some really fancy extras like a spa, salon, card room, private cinema, and clubhouse.

Good things here
The building is kept nice and tidy, and there are lots of fun things to do like swimming, getting pampered at the salon or spa, playing cards, catching a movie, or hanging out at the clubhouse. Plus, it's easy to get around with the Metro and other transportation options.
Things need improvement
There are cleanliness issues near the main gate, including unhygienic stores and dirty stairs. The swimming pool for kids is not up to par, and the security system may need improvement. High maintenance charges are also a point of contention for residents.

Good things here
Having well-maintained clubs, swimming pools, spas, cinemas, and all those other amenities right there adds a ton of comfort and convenience to everyday life. It's like living in your own little luxury world!

Having plenty of parking space and being able to easily find cabs and autos around there makes getting around a breeze for residents.
