Road is to be widened. on road parking from owners and tenants to be prevented. garbage and mud deposits on road to be removed early. No Parks/Parks not maintained read more

Excellent location, right beside KIIT Road and very close to KIIT Square. Its very close to KIMs hospital and hardly 30-40 mins from Airport/Railway station. read more

Things need improvement

It can be noisy during evening due to traffic, specially the duplexes which are closer to the KIIT Road. One may expect dust due to large movements of vehicle on main road. read more

This is a very nice place and the palace all things are available near ex - Hospital, Resturant, Cinemahall and etc . The electricity supply is very good in this place and Every one thing are easy to find this area and i loved this place and i recommend all once live in place then you not leave here read more

But one problem electricity are cut some time this area and water supply is some major problem in this area. The area was net and clena but some time many people throwing her another thing but so this is no net and clean road every time. so i recommend plz all clean and clear and way to live happily read more
