Good things here
Autos were conveniently available near the society, ensuring easy transportation. Residents enjoyed uninterrupted water supply 24/7, and flats experienced no issues with leakage or seepage. The society maintained cleanliness, with amenities such as a garden, play area, clubhouse, and gym available for residents' enjoyment. Festivals like Baisakhi, Gudipadva, and Christmas were celebrated together, fostering a sense of community. Residents were amicable, and parking space was sufficient. The lifts were well maintained for residents' convenience.
Things need improvement
When I first moved there, I encountered some issues with eve-teasing. Unfortunately, the society lacked amenities such as a swimming pool, library, or theater. The roads outside the society were not up to the mark, and there was no parking available for visitors within the society premises, necessitating parking outside.

Seepage and leakage issues are concerning and require prompt attention to prevent damage and maintain living standards. The absence of a swimming pool may disappoint residents who value aquatic recreation and relaxation.

Living in this apartment complex has its perks! The connectivity here is excellent, with auto rickshaws and cabs always within reach, making it easy to get around. Plus, having allocated parking is a relief, ensuring I never have to stress about finding a spot when I come home. The well-maintained road outside adds to the overall convenience, and I appreciate that the management team keeps up with timely painting to keep the place looking fresh. It's also reassuring to know that the elevators are reliable and that there's a constant supply of water and electricity, making life here comfortable and hassle-free. I'm particularly impressed by the effort put into waste management, with segregated wet and dry garbage collection in place. And let's not forget about the natural light and ventilation in the apartment; it creates such a pleasant atmosphere to come home to every day.

The absence of on-site amenities such as a gym is a significant downside to living in this apartment complex. While the nearby park is a decent alternative, having a gym within the premises would offer greater convenience for residents seeking to maintain an active lifestyle without having to travel elsewhere. Moreover, the well-maintained roads and regular garbage collection services contribute to a clean and hygienic environment. Essential facilities like schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located nearby. Each resident benefits from designated parking spaces, ensuring order and convenience. Furthermore, amenities such as elevators, reliable electricity and water supply, and excellent construction quality enhance the overall living experience. There are no issues related to seepage or termite infestation, and proper ventilation, along with good plaster and fitting, ensures comfortable living conditions.

However, one drawback of the community is the lack of a nearby metro station, which could inconvenience residents who rely on this mode of transportation. Additionally, everyone had easy access to phones and the internet.

Everything was good, and there were no issues with anything. The area was accessible with everything nearby, including grocery shops and markets. The people were also good and cooperative.

Transportation connectivity was good, with easy availability of cabs, autos and metro. Hospitals and schools were nearby. The construction quality was satisfactory. Amenities like clubhouse and gym were available. People were very friendly, with a safe environment.
Things need improvement
There was no swimming pool accessible in the area, limiting recreational options for residents. Additionally, the absence of available buses posed a transportation challenge for the community.
