Good things here
The society has good roads and the maintenance is nearly zero. Water supply is available and government buses ply till the society. Reliance power plant is at walking distance, New Samruddhi Mahamarg is only 2 kilometers from the society. Can negotiate the deal on table. Urgent sell.
