Good things here
Enjoying stay since Covid-19. We're living in this villa and campus with limited 26 gated community/family living together. All members celebrating festival, weekly get together. Some of family has pets and live freely inside the campus. Nilamber group is one of reputed Real Estate Developer in Vadodara since last two decade and constructed property with highest quality material with higher civil standard. Society is being maintained with at most focused care, CCTV security by committee with very moderate 1500/- per month maintenance. Society has common utility such as 10 KW rooftop solar power panel, club house, swimming pool, garden, 02 water sumps with 02 sets of hydro pressure pumps for 24x7 water supply.
Things need improvement
We are living in this villa since post Covid-19 and enjoying truly living experience. None of any kind of specific issue which we or any other neighbor experienced.
