Good things here
The gym and community center are great amenities that I use regularly. The people here are very cooperative, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness is excellent, with well-maintained common areas and surroundings.
Things need improvement
There are constant issues with leakage and water blockage, and the paint is peeling off in many areas. The connectivity is also subpar, making commuting inconvenient. These problems seriously detract from the overall living.
