Everything about this property sucks No amenities, no support, no proper road, booking cabs will give you headaches as the address is not properly registered, damages inside the property, no lights and poor infrastructure. But the price of the property are gonna be as per the prevailing market rate.

Because it is on the main road, it is a bit noisy. This location is not suitable for students because the cost of living in this area is prohibitively expensive due to the abundance of facilities.

Chinar Park , Rajarhat is well connected to the rest of Kolkata. On one side, via Baguihati and VIP Road, and on the other, via Salt Lake, connecting the Airport to the rest of Kolkata.

Security should be increased at night. The community should provide a senior citizen desk. Along with a local cop at night. One thing I dislike is pollution, for which there is no solution.

Nearest Eco tourism. Airport at a small distance. In neighbourhood, you'll find Haldiram, Big Bazaar, and the city centre. There is a vegetable market within 1km and there is plenty to see and enjoy.
