It is a very stabilized and well developed area SMC. it provides proper maintenance of literally every thing. This place is very safe a has a really low rate of accident. We have really nice malls like VR mall and Rahulraj mall here.

this place is very near to good hospitals which I like a lot. School, and police station are within 5km. the Water supply is good and Bus and taxi facilities are available here. The roads need some work.

I work here and this is a great place to sell. It is a coveted place for rich people. The connectivity can be an issues but it don’t affect a lot of people honestly. The place is clean and has a lot of beneficial elements.

It is one of the best areas in Surat. There are a lot of rich people who prefer this area so it is a good and safe locality. It is a bit pricy but it is worth it. The maintenance is good, but there is no metro here.

You can find all kind of groceries and for many things needed in daily home basis. There are also have hospitals nearby. The properties here are well stabilised according to ease of the people who live. I am glad to be here.
