Poor construction,no amenities provided as promised

Very poorly maintained surroundings and open area. Snakes found frequently. Lifts not installed. DG does not work properly. Builder offers extremely cheap prices to hide his inefficiency and severe fund problems.

It is alarming for new buyer please don't go on cheap rate...🙏 I am living here from 02 year but not availing my full amenities Brick work is so poor, plaster getting leaving the wall, damping is going on.. Interior and exterior painting is pending still 02 years....drain system getting clocked during rain feel like flood.....poor maintenance provided by builder.... there are lots of pending works.....

Selling flats at less than market rate and not completing the commitments, even after residents are paying maintenance charges. Strongly not recommended. We have been fooled. Very unsafe at nights. Outsiders use the area for drinking & weed smoking at the main gate.

Construction quality is too bad. Even after two years of occupying the flat some amenities not yet provided
