Within the society, residents enjoy impeccable water quality and continuous supply, with no reported issues. The construction quality is commendable, ensuring no instances of seepage or leakage. Essential facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and children's play area are available, enhancing residents' quality of life.
Things need improvement
Efforts to improve maintenance within the society are necessary, as there are areas that may require attention or enhancement in upkeep and care.

Good things here
All modern amenities are available in the society and well-maintained. The roads outside the society are also well-maintained. The lifts are in good condition, and there is sufficient parking available. Water is available 24/7, and the residents are cooperative and friendly.
Things need improvement
Autos are not readily available near the society; the frequency is low. There are numerous leaks and cracks in the flats. Issues are not resolved quickly by the society. Maintenance charges are relatively high.

From the installed and well-maintained elevators to the constant surveillance provided by CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards, safety and convenience are paramount here. The construction quality of our buildings is top-notch, ensuring durability and peace of mind. Proper ventilation, along with high-quality plaster and fittings, creates a comfortable living environment for all residents. Furthermore, the community is committed to cleanliness, with regular garbage collection services and segregation of wet and dry waste. We enjoy uninterrupted access to electricity and water, adding to the overall convenience. Each resident is provided with designated parking, contributing to a sense of orderliness within the community. Additionally, modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are well-maintained and available for our enjoyment. But perhaps the most valuable aspect of living here is the sense of camaraderie among our neighbors. They are not only nice and friendly but also responsible and considerate, taking care of each other and ensuring a harmonious living environment. With good connectivity and easily accessible public transport options, getting around is a breeze, and essential facilities like schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located nearby. Plus, everyone here is respectful and responsible with their pets, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere for all. In summary, living in this community offers a perfect blend of safety, convenience, and a supportive community spirit that truly makes it feel like home.

While most residents adhere to parking rules, occasional violations occur. The lack of exterior painting in a new society may not be a significant concern for some, but it remains an aesthetic issue for others. Seepage and termite problems were prevalent initially, although the builder has addressed the seepage issue. However, maintenance of the swimming pool remains subpar. Additionally, the presence of many pet lovers sometimes leads to disturbances. There is a perceived need for improvement in maintenance and amenities, especially since the building is still under the builder's jurisdiction, resulting in the absence of an RWA or society committee.

I appreciate having nearby local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores within walking distance from my society. Parking is well-organized, with allotted spaces for all residents. I enjoy continuous water supply and electricity, available 24/7 in my society, which adds to my convenience. I'm grateful for the properly ventilated rooms in my flat, receiving ample sunlight throughout the year. Amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and properly maintained, enhancing my living experience. Elevators in my society are operational and undergo regular maintenance, ensuring reliability. I'm fortunate to live in a community of friendly, understanding, and helpful neighbors, fostering a sense of belonging.

Connectivity is severely lacking, with autos, buses, and cabs often unavailable when needed. Roads are substandard, leading to frequent traffic issues. The society is located far from the main city, which can be inconvenient for residents. Waste management practices need improvement as wet and dry waste are collected together without separation. The water quality in the society is poor, with hard water containing a high iron content sourced from tankers. Pet-related issues persist due to residents not following pet-related rules, causing frequent disturbances.

Security is tight, and getting around the buildings is easy with the lifts. The place stays clean and tidy, and there are no issues with leaks or water damage. It's bright and sunny inside, and there's always water when you need it. You've got friendly neighbors who like to get together for festivals and events, and parking is never a problem. Plus, the amenities like the gym, park, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids are all well taken care of. It's great to hear you're satisfied with everything!

Auto-rickshaws are readily available nearby. The society is clean, and all modern amenities are well-maintained. There is ample parking space for both residents and visitors. The flats are well-ventilated, receiving plenty of sunlight.

There is a lot of illegal parking on the roads outside the society. The water quality for drinking is not good. There is a slight problem of leakage and seepage. Maintenance charges are a bit high.
