Good things here
The housing society is well-connected, thanks to its nearby railway station, making travel easy. Residents appreciate the well-maintained buildings and strong construction, which ensure safety and durability. The society also offers good amenities like parks, enhancing the quality of life. It provides a decent social atmosphere, allowing residents to interact and enjoy community living.
Things need improvement
Some residents find the kitchens small, which can be limiting. Auto stands are a bit far, making it inconvenient for those who rely on public transport. Since the society is new, there aren't many residents yet, so the social life is quieter. However, the thick and strong buildings reduce noise and increase safety.

Despite the positives, the connectivity of the society could be improved as it currently leaves something to be desired. Moreover, the friendliness of the residents has been moderate, but given the short duration of stay, it might be too soon to form a concrete opinion.

Good things here
Good connectivity as autos, cabs and public transport are available nearby . People are quite friendly , they celebrate festivals together . Good electricity , water supply . Good parking and security facilities. There is swimming pool, gym and a club house in the society.
Things need improvement
There is alot of leakage seepage and cracks in the building , kitchen , bathroom . The swimming pool and other amenities are not that well maintained . This issues which are all related to maintenance needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

Good things here
Amenities in the society includes swimming pool , gym, club house and park . No issues regarding leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Maintenance is great with proper water and electricity supply . People are friendly . Autos and cabs are available nearby , no issues in the connectivity.
Things need improvement
I am completely satisfied with the society , i have faced no issues as such till now . Its a great society which fulfill all your needs as the maintenance of society is quite great.

Good things here
I lived there, I appreciated the good connectivity and the friendly neighbors. Cabs and public transport were easily available, and the roads were in good condition. The community was pleasant, and having a small market nearby was convenient for daily needs.
Things need improvement
However, the gym was not properly maintained, and the overall maintenance and construction quality were just average. These aspects could have been improved to make the living experience better.
