visit the place, its value for money , prime area and the only setup in entire chandkheda with only 3 storey setup , most importantly safe & security for residents in the society all good school in the area including good medical professionals around and staying in the area

the society dont allow vendors into the society or any fera wala we have to register our request and then the vendor is allowed inside society area only

Another challenge is the limited availability of public transport, with only cabs being readily accessible. Moreover, the construction quality varies across different phases of the society, leading to disparities in living conditions. Sadly, modern amenities like a gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool are lacking altogether. What's more, the management, particularly the society president, seems unresponsive to residents' concerns. To add to the mix, the presence of stray dogs contributes to cleanliness issues within the community. Addressing these issues could greatly improve the overall living experience.

Absolutely! Despite its age, Shivam Residency maintains exceptional construction quality and meticulous maintenance standards. The regular painting work and good ventilation in the flats create a comfortable living environment. Furthermore, the excellent connectivity, with a nearby metro station and market, adds to the convenience of living there. This society maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards effectively. Garbage collection is punctual and well-managed. There is ample parking space available within the society. Apartments do not face issues with seepage or leakage, and the rooms have good ventilation with spacious balconies. The garden and green spaces are well-maintained. Elevators are installed and well-maintained. The residents are respectful and educated, and cultural festivals and events are organized. There are no issues related to pets in the society.
Things need improvement
The society does not have nearby metro and railway stations. The approach road is not in good condition, and street lights are not functional. Local shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and grocery stores are not available nearby. Additionally, facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are not available in the society.

Autos are rikshaw are easily available outside the society , market area is also neraby the society , All lifts and CCTV work properly in the society , there is no ceiling or seepage issue in the flats , and the flats are well ventialled in the society , the neighbours are very good like friendly and coperative in the society

The connectivity of the society is quit good like autos and rikshaw are easily available outside the society and market area is also nearby the society ,The society is quit hygienic , CCTV and lift are there in the society, the construction quality is good like no ceiling and seepage issue in the flats , the people are very helpful and friendly , coperative in the society
